Caravan Description
This four to six berth, 35 x 12 Willerby Herald holiday caravan to let, is not on a site but set within the grounds of my home in a quiet rural location in Steanbow, Glastonbury, Somerset.
This caravan holiday home has gas cooking facilities, a microwave, fridge, colour TV & DVD player.
It comes complete with one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed in lounge area.
Heating is provided in the double bedroom, single bedroom and lounge.
You need to bring your own duvet, pillows, covers, bed linen, towels and pillow cases.
Short breaks are subject to availability - please enquire for available dates and prices.
Location
Situated close to the Glastonbury Festival site, Glastonbury Tor and Rural Life Museum, the caravan is ideally placed. Clarks Village, Street and Cheddar Gorge are also close by.
Other places worth a visit include:
Shepton Mallet (10 minutes) where you can visit the 400 year old prison, Mulberry fashion outlet and their beautiful gardens.
The lovely city of Wells (15 minutes) known famously for the film ‘Hot Fuzz’ and beautiful cathedral. There’s also wonderful walks and cycling routes locally and the magnificent Mendip hills.
Bristol (1 hour) where you can visit Bristol harbour with its lovely restaurants and bars, and SS Great Britain.
We’re also close to Bath (1 hour away) and the Jurassic coast (1.5 hours away), including West Bay; famous for the BBC TV series Broadchurch.
