Hillview Holiday Apartment Brean Sands is a first floor, pet-friendly holiday apartment in Brean, close to Burnham on Sea, Somerset. It is situated just one minute from the beach and at the heart of all entertainment and amenities
Hillview Holiday Apartment Brean Sands sleeps 4 guests in one double bedroom and one double bunk bedroom. The double bedroom has a double bed, with new 10” thick memory foam mattress for extra comfort, a single wardrobe, bedside cabinet, lamp and radio alarm clock. The twin bedroom has a full size bunk bed, with new 8” thick memory foam mattresses for extra comfort, a large chest of drawers, lamp and radio alarm clock.
Within the living room there is a new comfortable suite, a feature electric fire and a TV/DVD/digital box/CD radio.
The fitted kitchen features a full size cooker/oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Tea towels and cleaning equipment is provided. However it is a good idea to bring spare tea towels as they disappear
The shower room has a fully working 8.5kw shower area, wash basin and large mirror.
An iron/ironing board and hairdryers are also provided for your use.
Up to £10 electric is included and is topped up via a key at the local shops.
Bed linen and towels ARE NOT provided, so please remember to bring with you.
1 Small dog may be accepted - strictly by arrangement only.
A deposit/retainer will be required (non refundable if you cancel), which will be refunded subject to no loss, damage and/or breakages after your stay. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY - full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your start date. if you CANCEL after your full payment is made, you will only be refunded your initial deposit.
