Beautiful 8 berth Regal Hemsworth holiday caravan situated on a premium, spacious, fully fenced in and private plot on Holiday Resort Unity in Brean Sands.

This Premium holiday caravan is located just a short walk from the park's main entertainment venue, RJ's, and only a 5 minute walk from Brean beach, providing you with the perfect location from which to enjoy your Somerset staycation at the award-winning Holiday Resort Unity.

This caravan has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), Wi-Fi, a private and secure decking area and parking for 3 vehicles. It is also a recent model caravan, so up to date, both inside and out.

The living room is practical, yet comfortable and includes a Smart TV, fire, 2-seater sofa, 3 seater sofa bed, a coffee table, bookcase and additional storage. French doors lead out onto the furnished decking, positioned to give you privacy and peace whilst also catching the sunshine all throughout the day.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a tall, integrated fridge freezer, a gas oven/hob, integrated microwave, integrated dishwasher, a toaster, kettle, wine rack and plenty of storage space. We've also provided all the kitchen equipment and utensils you might need too, with a good selection of family-friendly cookware and crockery.

The dining area has 4 dedicated seats, with 2 further foldaway chairs in the boiler cupboard just inside the front door. It's not fixed seating so can be moved to suit, and will easily accommodate a highchair if needed.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables (complete with double power/USB sockets), and a dressing table with mirror and stool. It also boasts an ensuite with toilet and basin. alongside some additional storage under the basin and over the toilet.

The two further bedrooms each have two beds, a wardrobe and a centre bedside table, along with double power and USB sockets.

The family bathroom has a toilet and basin (both with storage options), a mirror and a powerful shower.

Outside, our plot is completely fenced in, so safe for the little ones to play, and has a neat grassed area complete with pub-style outdoor seating if the sun has moved around from the deck area!

Passes and bed linen are included in the hire price, plus much more.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out is by 10am.

A deposit a £50 will be required to secure your dates. Full payment must be received no later than 2 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

A £100 security bond will also be required with your final payment. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and no loss, damage and/or breakages have been found, or the need for an excessive clean.

Holiday Resort Unity is in prime position in Brean Sands, Somerset. It is a multi-award-winning, independent holiday park with clean and modern facilities, as well as an enviable selection of entertainment venues to suit all tastes.

We chose our location to be in the best place in town!

• A full timetable of planned family friendly activities in RJ's, The Tavern and The Bucket & Spade venues including dining options

• The Tavern has more adult-friendly entertainment for those holidaying without children
