Our van is positioned in an ideal spot, a short walk to the beach, to the parks entertainment complex and to Brean Leisure Park.
The garden is fully enclosed with a table and 8 chairs for outside dining.
Our van has 3 bedrooms; The main (1 x King Size) with en-suite toilet, two twins (4 x Singles that can be pushed together to make a double in each room), plus a Double size pull out bed in the lounge area.
We have fitted the kitchen out with a good supply of cutlery, utensils, pots and pans should you choose to cook at home. There is a microwave, gas oven & hob, fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.
In the lounge area we have seating that houses the pull out double bed, there is a smart TV and DVD player, plenty of kids DVDs to choose from and an additional electric fire for cosy effect mood lighting.
What you will need when you stay in our van:
LINEN - Bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases (sizes listed above).
Towels - tea towels, hand, body & beach towels
Toilet Rolls.

Holiday Resort Unity has a huge selection of facilities, all available to view on their website.Brean Leisure Park is adjacent to the Holiday Resort Unity site and is just a few minutes walk from our caravan’s location.
Brean Sands beach is just a few minutes walk from the us too, where you will find several bars, restaurants, chip shops and amusement arcades, all within walking distance of the Holiday Resort Unity.
Weston-Super-Mare is a 15 minute drive north.
Burnham-on-Sea is a 10 minute drive south.
