Lodge Description
Our 2017 Chamonix Lodge for hire on Holiday Resort Unity, next to Brean Leisure Park, is spacious & modern, with central heating & double glazing, along with 4 skylights for that extra breeze in the summer.
It offers everything you could need for a relaxing holiday.
The Lodge two bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower/toilet, a king size bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds. In the front room there is also a pull-out bed in one of the settees which sleeps a further two guests.
In addition to the en-suite, in the hall there is another shower/toilet room.
The kitchen has all modern amenities, and includes a fridge freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine and a washing machine.
The front room has two settees, two armchairs, a coffee table and built-in fire. It also opens up onto the outside decking.
There are three TVs in the Lodge – one in the front room and one in each of the bedrooms.
This lovely Chamonix Lodge is central heated throughout, and in hot weather the 4 skylights can be opened to give a lovely breeze.
Outside we have a large decking (with table and seating area), which is surrounded by our private garden.
We provide extras such as an iron and ironing board; tea and coffee; bathroom mats and a hair dyer in the main bedroom.
Location
Holiday Resort Unity has indoor and outdoor swimming pools; a large fun fair; 3 venues with nightly entertainment; an arcade; play areas; shop; Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop; as well as providing dining in both the venues.
It also has its own golf course; hotel and restaurant; and a hire shop for go carts etc. There is a fishing lake too (you will need a full fishing licence).
Within a short walking distance is the sandy beech, other entertainment venues, shops and dining establishments.
Attractions nearby include Burnham on Sea and Weston-Super-Mare (with a pier and plenty of shopping opportunities). If you like shopping, Clarke’s outlet village is a must. Let’s not forget the Cheddar caves, helicopter museum and Puxton park, plus many popular walks, including Brean Down and Uphill.

Please note in 2022 Unity have changed their rules and now all their passes must be purchased by the owner at the time of processing paperwork to them.Off peak is £4.95 per person per night, and peak season is £5.95 per person per night. You can no longer purchase Unity passes on arrival.
