Caravan Description
We have a brand new, luxury 2015 holiday home available to hire on Holiday Resort Unity in Brean, Somerset.
Our caravan has full central heating and double glazing and is fully alarmed, with a spacious garden and 2 parking spaces.
It is a 6 berth caravan with 1 double bedroom with an en suite, 1 twin bedroom and a pull-out bed in the living room.
Also in the spacious living room is a 42" TV and in the fully fitted kitchen is a gas oven, hob and grill, a fridge with freezer box, a kettle, toaster and microwave, along with all cooking items, crockery and cutlery. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The price you pay includes gas and electricity.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, but bed linen is not included.
Please bring washing up items, towels, toilet rolls, toiletries, hair dryers and your personal holiday belongings.
Bookings & Conditions
To secure your dates a deposit of £75 per week will be required for bookings up to 7 nights. For bookings of 8 nights or more a £100 deposit will be required.
Full payment is required if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday start date.
The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to alternative people or dates.
Deposits are deducted from the full amount.
We also request an Accommodation Care and Respect Bond for our holiday home.?We require a £50 cheque which will be destroyed within 7 days of your departure, as long as our holiday home is left clean and tidy with no damages. If there should be damage up and above the deposit held, you as the guest must pay the extra.
We do not allow dogs in our holiday home. Any booking found to be accommodating a dog will result in your holiday being terminated without refund and you will be charged for deep cleaning the holiday home at a cost of £150.
The accommodation is available from 3pm. Upon your arrival please go to the Reception to pick the key up. The reception is usually open until 10pm. Should you arrive later than 10pm, please contact the reception so they can make all the necessary arrangements.
On departure please return the key to Reception. You are required to vacate your accommodation by 10am.
The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay. ?
Unless previously notified, accommodation unclaimed by 10am on the day following your holiday start date will be treated as a cancelled booking.
