Caravan Description
Our 2011 caravan is available to let at Unity Holiday Resort.
We can offer long weekends, Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday breaks. Longer breaks are available subject to availability.
The caravan, which is brand new and only sited in September 2011, is a 35’ x 12’ Willerby West Coast, 3 bedroom, 8 berth holiday home situated at plot 115, very close to all of the site's facilities and is less than 2 minutes from RJ’s and shops.
The caravan is connected to mains gas and electricity so you won’t have to replace or top up anything.
The caravan is very spacious and light with very modern décor and appliances.
There is also enough parking for 2 cars and a garden area.
The caravan has a spacious shower room with large walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin and storage; it also has an additional cloakroom toilet.
There is a large, comfortable lounge/diner with 32’ flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and a CD sound system.
It has a good sized, fully equipped modern kitchen with plenty of workspace and cupboard space, a fridge freezer, fan assisted cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave.
All the bedrooms are light and airy; the main double bedroom has a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers, and there are also shelves at the sides of the bed. The two twin rooms both have two single beds and cupboard space. There is also a double pull-out bed in the lounge room, plus extra hanging space for coats etc. in a storage cupboard by the caravan door.
All bedrooms are equipped with individual electric fan heaters. There is also a towel heater in the bathroom and gas fire in the lounge area.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will have to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets, as well as towels.
Sorry but there are no pets allowed.
An additional deposit of £50 is required and will be refunded if the caravan is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
This is a non smoking caravan for safety and other people's comfort; would smokers please use the garden area.

About the Area
Unity Holiday Resort is perfectly located in Brean Sands. It is a very well equipped site with club houses, shop, launderette, gym, sun beds, large outdoor play area, restaurants and takeaways, cycle hire centre, car wash, cash points, arcade with bowling aisles, and a fishing lake.It is also located next to Brean Leisure Park with a large theme park with over 30 rides, Brean Splash Water park with large indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor water play area, slides and Jacuzzi, 18 hole golf course, 9 hole pitch and putt and crazy golf course.
There is also a sandy beach nearby and it is also the home of open air markets and car boot sales at weekends and plenty of activities throughout the season including Pig and Donkey racing and stunt shows.
Brean Sands is a very popular holiday destination it is only 10 miles from junction 22 of the M5 motorway so it’s a great location to venture out from, and with its 5 miles of sandy beach and great facilities there’s so much to do.
Brean as some great attractions such as Brean Down now owned by the National Trust it dates back over 300 million years and offers wonderful views of Weston Super Mare, the Somerset Levels, Steep Holm and Flat Holm. At the base of Brean Down is the Tropical Bird Garden which is open from April through to October.
If you do venture out Brean is ideally located for you to go shopping to great places such as Weston-Super-Mare, Clarks Village, Taunton, Bristol and many more places, or go somewhere fun for all the family such as Animal Farm, SeaQuarium, Puxton Park, Cheddar Caves and Gorge, Wookey Hole, Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm or Longleat and again many more for you to enjoy.
