Caravan Description

D23 is our 6 berth, 2 bedroom caravan for hire at Unity Beach, comprising a master bedroom, twin bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the main living room. The master bedroom has a large king-size bed, dressing table, spacious walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite. The twin bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double on request if preferred. USB sockets are available in each bedroom.

The caravan has two bathrooms; one family bathroom and one en-suite in the master bedroom.

The spacious, open-plan living area comprises the lounge, dining room and kitchen. Within the lounge is a 42” Smart TV with Netflix/Amazon, built-in radio and Bluetooth speaker, plus FREE Wi-Fi. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and all utensils and crockery. An iron and ironing board are provided too.

French doors from the lounge lead onto a south-facing front veranda, complete with rattan furniture so guests can sit and watch the sun go down.

Parking is available for two vehicles.

The caravan is double glazed and gas central heated, with the added benefit of an electric fire.

Quilts and pillows are provided. However, bed linen and towels are NOT PROVIDED, so please remember to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels.

Dog friendly. We have a safe, enclosed garden with a large grassed area and are happy to allow one or two well-behaved dogs at an additional cost of £30 for one dog and £50 for two dogs.



Booking & Payment Information

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

A £100 refundable security bond is also required, which will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided no loss, damage and/or breakages found or the need for an excessive clean.

Entertainment Passes are an optional extra and NOT COMPULSORY. Prices for the passes will be for the caravan only. You can add Entertainment Passes daily, or for your entire stay. These are subject to availability, at Unity’s main reception Unity.

The benefits of purchasing passes are:
