Caravan Description
Our Unity Beach Resort caravan is ideal for couples or families.
It has a front decking and a gated decking to the side, so you have the sun all day; perfect for long summer evenings. There's also a secure fenced garden with outdoor seating
The caravan benefits from having full central heating, double glazing and Wi-Fi.
Enjoy a relaxing break in our modern 6 berth caravan for hire at Unity Beach Resort. It has two bedrooms, one king-size and two twin bedded room, along with a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV with DVD player and an en-suite. A hairdryer is also provided.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes an air-fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, microwave, 5-burner hob with separate oven, and a full size fridge/freezer.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but please remember to bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases).
Their is parking for 2 cars.

Entertainment Passes are optional and can be purchased via myself if required. The cost of passes for 2026 are as follows:
Peak
Adult (16+)- £11 / Child £8
Off Peak
Adult (16+) - £10 / Child £7
Children under 3 are FREE
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry deposit is £50
Bond is £100 and £10 is due to cleaner's charges if Air Fryer is not cleaned or bedding not stripped
A £50 deposit will be required to secure your dates. The full balance must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
Along with the final balance, a security bond of £100 will be required, which will be refunded following your stay, as long as everything is found to be in good order.
Please note: Beds must be stripped on your departure and the air fryer must be cleaned. If the air fryer is used but not cleaned on your departure, or the beds not stripped, £10 will be deducted from your Bond as cleaners will need to be there longer. This is due to our new cleaners’ policy!
We are pet friendly and happy to accept well-behaved dogs only (maximum 2).*
Please could you empty the hoover after use for next guest!
