Our 3 bedroom, 8 berth, pet friendly holiday home for hire on the fabulous Unity Beach Holiday Resort in Burnham-on-Sea, benefits from a fully enclosed garden with decking
This lovely pet friendly holiday home in Burnham-on-Sea, comes complete with everything you will need for your holiday stay, as well as full central heating for the cooler evenings.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a full-size fridge/freezer, full gas oven with four burners, a combi microwave and an air fryer. The lounge area offers comfortable seating (incorporating a pull-out double bed), a TV with built in DVD player and an electric fire (mood lighting only).
The three bedrooms are comprised of one double bedroom with TV/DVD and an en-suite toilet, along with two twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and duvets and pillows are provided.
There is also a family shower room.
The following extras are provided at no extra charge: air fryer*, Hoover, travel cot, high chair, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry deposit is £50
Bond is £100 and £10 is due to cleaner's charges if Air Fryer is not cleaned or bedding not stripped
A £50 deposit will be required to secure your dates. The full balance must be received 6 weeks before your holiday start date.
Along with the final balance, a security bond of £100 will be required, which will be refunded following your stay, as long as everything is found to be in good order.
Please note: Beds must be stripped on your departure and the air fryer must be cleaned. If the air fryer is used but not cleaned on your departure, or the beds not stripped, £10 will be deducted from your Bond as cleaners will need to be there longer. This is due to our new cleaners’ policy!
We are pet friendly and happy to accept well-behaved dogs only (maximum 2).*
Please could you empty the hoover after use for next guest!
Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental price. These can be purchased separately for you but are NOT compulsory. This is due to new ownership. You may purchase the passes daily if preferred (subject to availability), although daily passes are not available in peak season and are £2 more than the prices below. The following are the prices we as owners can purchase for guests, but they have to be for the duration of your stay!!

Locally, there’s something for everyone, including Cheddar Caves/Gorge, Clarks shopping village and amazing clifftop walks, all within easy reach. The traditional seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare is close by too, offering sandy beaches and a beautiful pier.
