Caravan Description

Our ‘Prestige’ grade caravan for hire on Unity Beach, has an enclosed garden, side veranda and parking bay.

The open plan living area includes a kitchen with microwave, cooker, large free standing fridge / freezer etc., along with a Dining table and seating area.

The lounge area has a bay window, L shaped sofa, an electric fire and a TV with DVD player, along with Wi-Fi.

The hallway leads to the three bedrooms; one main bedroom with double bed, small TV, dressing table, and en-suite toilet with basin, along with two twin bedded rooms. There is also room for a small travel cot in the main bedroom.

In addition to the en-suite, there’s a main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

We are open from end of Feb
But just to make guest aware nothing on park is open till 20th march this year due to refurbishment and maintenance on park

£60.00 none refunderble deposit required to secure booking
Full payment and balance must be paid full 6 weeks before
Booking is then put on a booking portal and sent to unity .
All details asked for must be sent and must be correct .

Terms and conditions
£100.00 care and respect bond is required with the balance to be paid
This will only be refunded upto 7 days
After departure.
The caravan & pitch must be left as
Went into Tidy ,
all guests food removed from fridge and freezer
Bin bag / rubbish to be taken to the
Communal bins before departure no bags to be left in garden
No damage or breakages .
Please be respectful while in the caravan and on park ,
no load music or gathering on pitch , any problems off guests and I am phoned from security
Bond will be automatically kept
No smoking in the caravan please smoke outside and use a ashtray.

Key code will be given at 4pm
Key to be returned to the key box for inspection for 10am on departure day
Please do not park by the caravan until the key code is text .
As the changover team need to park on the car port .
Please make sure the key is safe
Due to only one key for guests .
Loss of key will have to be paid for
Please make sure windows and door are locked while caravan is vacant due to insurance T&C
