Prices are for caravan only Play passes for activities can be purchased once full balance has been paid and I have registered you to park.
Balance is required 8 weeks or before prior to holiday I will then register you

Double glazed and fully central heated in case the weather's chilly, this bright and airy caravan also has an overhead fan if the weather is hot.

Situated on a prime position on Waterside giving uninterrupted sea views, there is nothing in front of our caravan but sea and sky.

Just a few yards away are the sea-wall steps which lead to a rock pool beach; great for strolling along or exploring for crabs and fossils.

The lounge has french doors that open onto a spacious balcony that carries around to the side door, and is gated for privacy and safety. Patio furniture is provided, i.e. table, chairs and parasol.

In the lounge you will find 2 free standing sofas , one of which has a hidden pull-out, sprung double bed (duvet and pillows supplied). (You Must take and use your own bed linen.) There's also a matching armchair, flatscreen Freeview smart TV/DVD/TV drawer unit, a feature modern wall fire with glow effect, overhead fan and 2 central heating radiators. It is carpeted throughout and has complimentary modern lighting .

Children’s games, DVDs and CDs are available for you to use.
Kitchen/Diner
This central kitchen, finished in light wood and stainless steel, is the full width of the caravan and has a fully tiled floor, so when entering from the side door there is no worry of mucky feet going straight onto carpets.

Facilities in the kitchen include a 50/50 fridge/freezer, microwave, good size stainless steel sink, gas cooker with overhead extractor, a kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, radio/CD player and a full range of crockery and utensils. coffee pod machine and air fryer

There is also a dining table with 4 chairs (other spare seating available inc. baby seat), a dining room dresser/storage unit and central heating radiators.

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted for your safety.

Bedrooms
You Must take your own bed linen .

The main bedroom at end of hall consists of a double bed (duvet and pillows supplied) with overbed lighting, overbed and side storage cupboards, wardrobe and dresser/drawer unit and a radiator.

The 2 twin bedrooms each consist of 2 single beds (duvets and pillows supplied also mattress toppers for extra comfort ) storage cupboards, wardrobe, dresser/drawer unit and a radiator.

An infants travel cot is available for your use if required (meaning more space in the car ).

Shower/Toilet
Modern newly refurbished shower room / toilet ..step-in shower unit with rain shower and hand held shower, New porcelain wash basin and New toilet in vanity unit. LED mirror , extractor fan and a radiator.
Additional Information
You will have your own tarmac parking space at the caravan.

Please bring your own duvet covers, bed sheets, pillow cases and towels as these are not supplied.

Gas and electric are included in the hire cost.

Charging of Electric vehicles at caravan is strictly not permitted., there is a charging point on nearby car park.

Entertainment Passes
as private owners we are not allowed to include passes These can be purchased on line once balance has been paid and your arrival registered to park or from park reception on arrival.

Bookings & Conditions
Sorry no stag or hen parties or single sex parties accepted.

Strictly No Pets. ....No Smoking or Vaping allowed in caravan.

Any damage or extra cleaning must be paid for by guest.
Caravan will be inspected after each guest .,

Booking periods usually run from mainly Friday to Friday or
Mon to Mon in peak season
other periods are Friday - Monday or Mon - Friday / although part weeks may be available on request

The key will be available from 2pm. Caravan must be vacated by 10am on departure day and left tidy.

A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week booked is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.or 12 weeks before if you want to book activities early in peak times ... If a late booking is made then the full payment will be required to confirm your booking. .once balance has been paid you will be registered to park for arrival and Haven will email you confirmation & link for car pass and entertainment passes if you require them.

We feel it a waste to leave such a 'haven' empty when we cannot get down, so we are offering to let to 'nice people' who will look after our caravan and enjoy it as much as we do.
we let it privately and have had many happy guests who have been full of praise for our caravan, particularly its location and very often return.
