Caravan Description

The 'Chokdee House' is our pet-friendly holiday caravan to let at Haven’s Doniford Bay Holiday Park in Watchet, Somerset.

Chokdee House, our caravan has three bedrooms consisting of a double and four small single beds in two twin rooms with a sleeping capacity of 8 as we also have the pull-out bed in the sitting room.

There is a shower room, toilet, and sink and the added convenience of a second toilet.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, snack maker, toaster, kettle, fridge and all cookware, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

The sitting room is very spacious with a TV, DVD player, table and chairs. A large, double-glazed window looks out to a relaxing seated decking area and a chance for your dog to venture safely outdoors.

The hire price of the caravan includes gas, electricity and all bedding with beds made up for your arrival. Towels are provided, as well as tea and coffee. If you would like to bring your bedding, then please let us know before your arrival.

Doniford Bay Holiday Park is a friendly park with lots of facilities and is set in a highly recommended location.


Terms & Conditions

When booking our private, family-run holiday caravan you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

• The Caravan is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING & NO VAPING area

• We are not responsible for the Park’s decisions regarding the opening/closing of facilities/activities during your stay and no compensation will be offered if these are not available to you.

• We DO NOT include entertainment passes in our rental price, but these can be purchased separately from the Park Reception upon your arrival.

• We ask for the caravan to be left as you found it on arrival, e.g. clean and tidy, with items not missing/broken. There will be cleaning materials and appliances available to use in the caravan. We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct rubbish bins located around the park and not left inside or outside the caravan on your departure - bin bags will be provided.

• A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your dates. All balances MUST be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date, or your holiday will, unfortunately, be cancelled.

• If booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• If we need to cancel your break because of natural causes or local restrictions, we will offer you a full refund or transfer of your holiday to an alternative date.

• Arrival times are from 4 pm and departure time is by 10 am. A later/earlier time may be possible, but will incur a £20 extra charge – please enquire.

Our caravan has a key safe for access, the code for which you will receive on the day of your arrival. There is no need to queue in Reception and you can go straight to the caravan.

• On booking your stay you will be asked the size of your party, ages and all names that will be staying, e.g. 2 adults/3 children etc. Only guests listed during the booking process are permitted to occupy the caravan during your stay. This is to ensure that the caravan doesn't go past the capacity it can hold. Please also be advised that subletting is strictly prohibited.
