Caravan Description
Our holiday home to let on Doniford Bay Holiday Park, on Harbour watch , spacious 12’ x 39’ model with central heating and double glazing.
This caravan does not allow smoking inside the caravan please, use a container or ashtray on the wraparound veranda
We have parking available alongside the caravan, on the on grass, but only for one small to medium size car., or can park on the gravel 1 minute away viewed on left of the side of the caravan.
Patio doors open from our caravan on to a
wraparound gated veranda, which has a table and seating. It offers views over the sea wall, which is less than a minute’s walk away. Also can see the farm on the left where the donkeys roam ( free farm to visit on your stay ) 10 minutes walk away free for guests to visit
Within our open plan living are you will find 32" smart TV WiFi , two sofas with a small double pullout bed
along with a fully equipped kitchen. With dining table and 4 chairs
The two bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with king size bed, storage , 32inch Combi TV /DVD
an en-suite toilet
Room for guests to bring a travel cot to use .
Twin bedroom with two single beds. Single wardrobe.
The main bathroom has a shower, with sliding door toilet and wash basin. And shelves to store your toiletries
Please leave the caravan & outside as you find it , no smoking in the caravan
Guests who smoke please use a ashtray
On the veranda or on the pitch .
Please be respectful while using our holiday home , some of our neighbours don't hire out , please keep noise to the minimum our caravan is on a lovely quiet part of the park .
A care and respect bond is required with the balance of £100.00
This is refunderble within 7 days
As long as the caravan / veranda is left
Tidy , no breakages or damage . Also the key is back in the safe on departure
Once my changeover team have been in to inspect and contact me I will be back in contact with guests. Within the time scale of 48 to 84 hours ( 7 days )

If you like sea fishing we are ideally situated on park within half minutes walk to the sea front
We DO NOT provide entertainment passes, but they can be purchased from Reception should you require them.
A pet may be added for a fee and must added on to the booking .
Without our permission your bond will be automatically lost .
Our caravan is approx 3 - 4 minutes stroll from the main facilities so if you like a peaceful evening we are in a lovely part of the park
To park next to caravan we advise guests to drive on the road ( water front ) to the end ( not Harbour watch road ) to the end
Then turn left where our caravan can been seen just behind the main road .
