Caravan Description

Our holiday home to let on Doniford Bay Holiday Park, is situated on Harbour Watch. It's a spacious 12’ x 39’ model with central heating and double glazing.

NO SMOKING allowed inside the caravan. Please use a container or ashtray on the wraparound veranda.

We have parking available alongside the caravan, on the on grass, but only for one small to medium size car. Alternatively, you may park on the gravel just one minute away, and viewable on the left side of the caravan.

Patio doors open from our caravan on to a wraparound gated veranda, which has a table and seating. It offers views over the sea wall, which is less than a minute’s walk away. Also can see the farm on the left where the donkeys roam ( free farm to visit on your stay ) 10 minutes walk away free for guests to visit

Within our open plan living area you will find 32" Smart TV, Wi-Fi and an L shaped sofa with a small double pull-out bed, along with a fully equipped kitchen with integrated fridge freezer
intergrate microwave, dishwasher ( please do not leave dirty cuttery inside , air fryer toaster kettle gas cooker , dining table and 2 benches.

The three bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, vanity area and storage over the bed, along with an en-suite toilet; a twin bedroom with two single beds, a single wardrobe and overhead storage; and a small twin bedroom with storage over the bed and small, high wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a shower with sliding door, a toilet, wash basin and shelves to store your toiletries.

Please leave the caravan, both inside and out, as you find it.

NO SMOKING in the caravan. Guests who smoke must use an ashtray outside on the veranda or pitch.

Please be respectful while using our holiday home. Some of our neighbours don't hire out, so please keep noise to a minimum.

Our caravan is on a lovely, quiet part of the park.

A £100 care and respect bond is required with the final balance. This is refundable within 7 days of your departure, as long as the caravan / veranda is left clean and tidy, with no loss, damage or breakages. Please also ensure that the key is put back in the key safe on your departure, for our changeover company to use to do the inspection - DO NOT give in at Reception !

Once my changeover team have been in to inspect and contact me, I will be back in contact with guests, within the time scale of 48 to 84 hours (7 days).

Arrival time is 3 to 4pm. Departure is by 10am.

Passes, if required, can be ordered from Haven either on their website or via Reception on arrival.

Please remember to bring your own quilt covers, pillowcases, sheets, towels, tea towels etc. Sorry, but we cannot provide as our changeover company don't offer this service.

Information about a pet must be provided (for our information in case Reception want the information, i.e. dog breed. They MUST be well-behaved.
