Caravan Description

Our lovely caravan in the Ocean Cove area of Butlin’s Resort Minehead.

The caravan park area of Butlin’s Resort, has its own private pub overlooking the lake, with an overlooking decking area.

Our caravan is very modern, comfortable and immaculately presented, with a very open plan feel, which is very relaxing.

It comes with double glazing, gas central heating and a 50” Smart TV, complete with Freeview channels.

The kitchen benefits from plenty of worktop space as well as many cupboards. It comes complete with a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, toaster, kettle and all the necessary cooking pots, pans and utensils you'll need.

The main bedroom has a double bed . The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds and plenty of storage. There is also a twin pull-out bed in the lounge. All beds have waterproof covers. We also provide a travel cot, again less for you to worry about!

Bedding and quilt covers will be provided along with pillow and pillow cases

There is a nicely sized shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The caravan has one allocated parking space 20 yards from the caravan, and if you're bringing an additional vehicle, you must use the main car park.

Please bring your own towels, including tea towels, as these are not provided.

A £50 booking deposit holds the caravan (£200 for certain adult weekends). After full payment is made, this will be used as your security bond and returned within 28 days of your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

Payment accepted by bank transfer.

No smoking or pets are permitted.

Location

Butlin’s main attractions are just a 5 minute walk from the caravan.

The city centre is a 25/30 minute walk should you require something a little different – you don’t necessarily have to go Butlin’s to stay at Butlin’s.

Should you wish to venture off site, there’s plenty of places to visit - just a few things off the top of my head include: South West Lakes Trust, Sheppy’s House of Cider, Exmoor Pony Centre, Cleeve Abbey, West Somerset Railway, The Regal Theatre, Dunster Castle, Waterworld, Tropiquaria Wildlife Park, Watermouth Castle and Theme Park, Minehead and West Somerset Golf Club, Exmoor Owl and Wildlife Centre, Exmoor Zoo, Minehead Guided Walks, Red Stag Safari etc. There’s also a funfair, puppet show, bowling, cinema and go karts close by.
