Caravan Description

This is my spacious, 4 bedroom, 10 berth caravan ( max, 6 adults) to let on the wonderful Butlin’s Resort in Minehead, Somerset.

The 4 bedrooms comprise 1 double and 3 twin bedded rooms. The twin beds can be pushed together to make doubles if preferred. The seating in the lounge also pulls out to make a double bed, making this a 10 berth caravan.

All duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, chip fryer, sandwich toaster, iron and ironing board.

The caravan benefits from having 2 toilets with one being in the shower room.

Outside there is a lovely veranda the length of the caravan and approximately 6ft wide, complete with table, chairs and an umbrella.

A £100 deposit will secure any break the balance £10 Butlin admin fee and £100 damage bond payable 8 weeks before start of break.Payments can be made in instalments.

£100 refundable damage bond to be added to balance on all adult weekends.
8 is the Maximum occupancy and at least one of the party must be 25 or over.

A travel cot, highchair, bed rail, steam steriliser baby bath and toilet seat can be provided for our younger visitors.

Location
The caravan is sited on Venture Cove, not far from the lake and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
It has its own parking space just yards in front of the caravan,so not far to unload your car
