Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom, modern holiday caravan for hire within the Butlin’s Resort in Minehead, situated in the Butlins Lakeside Caravan park.
Our RIO Gold static caravan for hire at Butlin’s Minehead, has double glazing and central heating, so whatever the season it is nice and cosy in any weather.
It comprises:
Lounge
A good sized family room with an L shaped seating area and TV unit with a Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs for your use.
Dining Area
Complete with plenty of seating around a family dining table.
Kitchen
This is a well-equipped kitchen with full sized gas oven/cooker, full size fridge and freezer, also comes with a microwave oven, sandwich toaster for those tasty snacks. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. The kitchen is a good, sized area with worktops and wall and base cupboard space.
Double Bedroom
With a double bed, double fitted wardrobe, overbed shelving and cupboards, along with two bedside tables.
2 x Twin Bedrooms
These two bedrooms each have two single beds, a single wardrobe, drawers and bedside table and over bed shelving and cupboards.
Washroom One
This is the family bathroom, with shower, wash basin and WC.
Washroom Two
A second separate toilet and hand basin.
Outside
We have a full size gated decking area with Table, chairs and bench seating giving a safe place for younger family members and nice area for outside dining and relaxing. the Caravan is situated in a nice Cove which has a green area providing a safe area for Children to play, there is also a parking space close to the caravan.
Terms & Conditions
All Guests must be booked and have a valid Butlins Pass we provide up to 2 x Adult and 2 x Child Passes with your booking, we can provide additional passes (Price to be confirmed on request).Strictly No Smoking or Vaping in the Caravan or Decking Area
No Dogs or Pets on site or in the caravan
Only 1 car per Caravan is allowed to park at the Cravan, should you have other vehicles within your booking party, then these vehicles should be parked in the Butlins general car park areas.
Check in is usually from 3pm on the check in day and Check out is 10am, there is an ability to check in earlier but this is subject to a Butlins surcharge, however, guests can arrive on site from 12 but will not have access to the caravan until 3pm
Payments: £50 deposit to be paid at time of booking - Full Payment to be made in full within 30 days of holiday date - £100 refundable damage wavier/bond is required for all family breaks and a £200 bond is required for any Butlins Adult Breaks, the bond will be repaid within 5 working days subject to the caravan being left without damage and or any outstanding damage issues being resolved.

About the Area
Our caravan for hire in The Butlin Resort at Minehead Somerset, is located within the Butlin’s Resort where you will have full use of all Butlin’s facilities, (We provide Entertainment Passes giving entry to all Butlins facilities for up to 2 x Adult (15 years onward) and 2 x Child (2 years to 15 years), we can provide additional passes and will confirm prices at the point of booking. Facilities provided but not limited includes:. Outside fairground - traditional fairground rides which (with exception of the petrol go karts) are included, with no additional charge
. Indoor play area and fun fair for the younger guests, with a variety of smaller rides and activities
. Indoor swimming pool - a good size swimming pool with water slides, spa pool, wave machine and lazy river, is included for all of our pass holder guests to use.
. Outdoor pool - seasonal
. HOT SHOTS BAR, with indoor bowling, pool tables and televised sports events
. Indoor amusement arcade and much more
. Several on eateries on site, including a number of restaurants, fish and chip shop, Burger King, Chop Stix Noodle Bar, pizza restaurant and take away which also offers an all you can eat buffet, Scoops ice cream parlour and a Costa Coffee coffee shop

As well as all of the above, don’t forget the Butlin’s shows, which are daily in REDS, CENTRE STAGE, STUDIO 36 and the SKYLINE ARENA. The Shows are free of charge to all Butlin Passholder Guests and vary from day to day and venue to venue. Butlin’s shows have a variety of acts from pantomimes, The Masked Singer, Gladiators, wrestling, musical and dance, plus many more. Let’s not forget Butlin’s very own SKYLINE GANG performing in the Skyline Arena.
Immediatly across the road from Butlin’s gates is a lovely sandy beach (don’t forget to bring your bucket and spades, although we have a few that we can loan you), further on at the harbour is a good place for fishing and crabbing.
For supermarkets and shopping there are Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl supermarkets just a short walk from the Butlin resort. In the town there are many other shops, bars, restaurants and cafe's too.
Minehead is on route to Dunster with the lovely Dunster Castle, a few miles down the road leads to the local Zoo and then onto Watchet Harbour, Beach and Fossil Beach. There are many lovely places to visit locally and with a short car or bus ride from Minehead.
