About the Area
Butlin's Resort Minehead has so much to do, you won't have much free time.There are three indoor venues, which are host to all the huge shows throughout the year; the two main ones, Centre Stage, Reds and the newest venue, Studio 36. There is also a large stage within the Skyline where more entertainment is provided, including the Skyline Gang and silent cinema films.
Within Hotshots you'll find 10 pin bowling, darts and American pool tables. This is also the place that hosts all the sports games on their huge screens.
On the outskirts of the caravan village you'll come across the Highwayman pub, with a pool table, dart board and a rear decking that overhangs the fishing lake.
In The Boardwalk is the sports arena where you can take part in archery and laser tag.
Also on site is a huge arcade in the Skyline, a free to use funfair out on the sea front side, and a massive indoor Splash Waterworld park that includes a lazy river, wave machine, water falls and water slides.
Food outlets on the site are plentiful too. There is a Burger King, Chopstix, Papa John's pizza, traditional fish and chips and a Costa Coffee, all withing the Skyline and Boardwalk area. Restaurants include Firehouse Grill and The Beachcomber.
Butlins Minehead has recently had a new skypark outdoor play area builtm with huge slides, swings, trampolines and games.
