Caravan Description

Experience the ultimate getaway in our cozy caravan at Butlin’s Minehead, accommodating up to 8 guests. We are pet-friendly and have a gated veranda.

Offering exclusive entertainment, swimming, beach access, fishing at the lake and convenient parking, we can accommodate 3, 4 and 7 night breaks.

This is our family-owned caravan available for hire at Butlin’s Resort Minehead in Somerset.

Our pet friendly caravan at Butlin’s Minehead, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests, plus 1 infant (aged under 2 (no cot provided)). There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, plus a pull-out double bed in lounge. The caravan can even accommodate two small families, if you want to split the cost.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and all required utensils.

There is a main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, along with a second toilet with hand basin.

The caravan has a gated decking to the side, for the security of young ones and pets.

Our caravan is situated close to the launderette and on-site shop, and is only a stroll from all the entertainment. We also have a large green just in front of the caravan, for children to play, but we are a safe distance from the open lake. Enjoy seeing the rabbits each morning and night when they come to say hello.

You will have parking for 1 vehicle by the caravan, vehicle must not be a commercial vehicle, motor home or any longer than 4m in length. There is additional parking free of charge at the east entrance car park.

Prices for our caravan are compared against Comfort Plus apartments through Butlins.

3, 4 and 7 night breaks are available. Just send us a message if the date you are looking for isn’t listed. We can change 7 night breaks to 3 or 4 night breaks, and increase 3 and 4 night breaks to 7 nights, depending on availability.

* Adult-only weekends are strictly 18+, and ID is essential. Some weekends are ticketed events, such as Shiine, Fatboy Slim, Madness, and PDC Darts. These require separate tickets, which are priced between £110 - £120pp. This is NOT included in the price.

Entertainment Passes

Passes are NOT included in our hire price, unless stated in the comments.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests aged 2-14 are classed as Children. Guests aged 15 and above are classed as Adults – these are Butlin’s terms, not ours

Typical pass prices, based on 2025:

Adult: £25 - £40 (depending on number of night’s stay/time of year)
Child: £15 - £25 (depending on number of nights stay/time of year)
Infants under age 2 are FREE

Adult music weekends: £35 - £45 pp
Arena events: £120 pp



Pets

We allow a maximum of two small pets for the combined additional price of £55 per stay, or £35 for one small pet.

Butlin’s allows dogs in designated areas of their caravan parks, specifically within the Caravan Village, but NOT in the main resort areas. They must be well-trained, kept on a lead at all times, and not left alone in the caravan for more than two hours.

Certain breeds, including those listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act (Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa), are not permitted. Please enquire for further details.



Conditions of Bookings

This is a NO-SMOKING caravan. We are non-smokers and don’t smoke, so we ask our guests not to smoke inside the caravan. If guests have found to have been smoking, an additional cleaning fee will be required, and the bond will not be refunded.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on all family bookings to secure your selected dates. This can be used as a breakage deposit and will be returned upon checkout after the caravan has been cleaned.

A £200 security deposit is required for adult-only weekends.

ID is required for all adult weekends; entry may be refused if no ID is shown

Some bars/pubs are card-only.

Just for Tots breaks require at least one child under 5 on the booking.

Adult weekends require at least one person age 21 or over as the lead booker.

Group bookings of guests aged 18 to 21 will NOT be accepted on family breaks.

The caravan park is closed from 2nd January to 1st March each year.
