Caravan Description

Our 8 berth caravan has a master bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin bedded rooms and a sofa bed in living room. There’s also a family bathroom with walk-in shower.

It comes fully equipped for all your holiday needs, including full strength Wi-Fi and Freeview TV.

The fully fitted kitchen even includes a washing machine.

Outside we have a full, front and side decking, an additional patio area and car parking space located by the caravan.

Payment

A £75 deposit and £10 booking fee is required upon booking which is non-refundable.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should your final payment not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

Bond

An additional £75 bond For Family Breaks or £150 for Adult only breaks (damage waiver) is to be supplied with the final balance of holiday. Failure to do so could result in the loss of the holiday. This will be repaid in full upon a successful post departure inspection. Any loss or damage found on your arrival should be reported as soon as possible using our details on the contact page on our website, otherwise you may be held responsible.

Late Bookings

In the case of bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, full payment is immediately required to secure the booking.

Cancellations

In the event of any cancellation by yourself, the first £85 of any holiday is a booking deposit charge (per caravan) and is non-refundable. This fee is required to reserve your requested date and to cover the administration costs involved. If you do need to cancel your holiday please note our refund policy is as follows:-

· 28 days or less notice - No refund

· 29 to 42 days notice - 40% refund

· 43 to 55 days notice - 50% refund (providing that the remaining 50% covers the £60 booking deposit charge)

· 56 days or more - 100% refund less £60 booking deposit charge

If you are unable to travel to the resort or have to cancel due to adverse weather conditions we unfortunately are unable to offer a refund. If Butlins announce they have to close the site (prior to or during your stay) due to power / systems failure, disease / illness prevention or any other so called “Acts of God” we again are unable to offer a refund. We therefore strongly advise that you obtain your own holiday insurance.

Arrival and Departure Times

The caravan will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival, upon presentation of your booking confirmation and registration form. Collect the keys from the Caravan reception (directions will be sent with your confirmation letter). You are able to use all the facilities on arrival.

The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

Smoking

Smoking is NOT permitted within the caravan.

Guests are permitted to smoke outside the caravan, but they are expected to pick up and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets

Pets are not permitted whatsoever.

Bedding

Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds.

Services

Gas and electricity services are included in the booking price.

Restrictions

Only the persons named on the booking form can occupy the caravan.

We are not able to accept bookings from groups predominantly under 21 years of age.

Insurance

We cannot accept liability for personal injury or the loss or damage of your personal belongings, this should be covered by your own holiday insurance of which we advice you have prior to your holiday.

Privacy Policy

By completing our booking form you agree that the information you provide to us will be passed onto Butlins for the sole purpose of securing your stay. You shall also consent on their behalf to sharing any information on third parties of which will also be passed onto Butlins for the same purpose.
