Caravan Description

My caravan is a Willerby Avonmore, positioned on Avalon, midway between the complex and the beach (both within a few minutes’ walk) on Haven’s Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village.

My lovely caravan is central heated and sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and an en-suite toilet. The twin bedroom has two singles beds, a wardrobe and cupboards for storage. There is also a pull-out bed in the living area.

Both bedrooms include duvets and pillows. However, bed linen is not supplied – nor are towels, so please remember to bring with you.

The living area consists of seating and reclining armchair, 2 pouffes, coffee tables, a TV and DVD combination and a gas fire. A pull-out double bed is also available. There is a quantity of family games and DVDs provided for those relaxing evenings spent indoors.

The dining area has table with 4 chairs. This is moveable, so can be placed by the seating to create more place settings.

The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, toaster and full size fridge freezer. All crockery, cutlery, pots, casserole dishes and cooking utensils are supplied, as well as a full selection of glasses.

Cleaning products are also provided and re-stocked regularly.

I have also supplied tea and sugar canisters, which are normally left with a good amount. I only ask that if you empty – please replenish.

The shower room has a shower, wash basin and toilet, along with plenty of storage for toiletries and hangers for towels etc.

Outside, there is a play area for children at the side of caravan, which comes with a pine table and bench set; ideal for drawing, drinks etc. The decking has a lockable gate at each end. The seating area contains sofa, 2 chairs, 2 stools and a coffee table. The decking benefits from having the sun on it for most of the day.

Bookings & Conditions

Haven Policy: NO single sex parties; NO pets; NO parties of ages 21 or under

A £100 deposit (non-refundable) is to be paid on booking.

Full balance due 8 weeks before your arrival.

A £75 bond is also payable for each booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure, after the caravan has been checked for any loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for excessive cleaning, and everything found to be in order.

Check in days are variable to suit you and my current bookings. I can also offer various days, not just full weeks – lease enquire.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out is by 11am. However, this can vary if you need more time, but also depends on the next guests’ arrival time/date.

Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village is a Haven holiday village, so offers many facilities. Currently, facilities on site include:

Fun passes are available from Haven, these are subject to availability, so please arrange as soon as you arrive on site at the Reception.

Should you wish to venture off-site, there are a lots of local sights to explore, either by car or local bus services. A folder with brochures is available in the caravan.
