Caravan Description

This luxury holiday caravan also benefits from having a fully equipped kitchen diner that includes a full size, integrated fridge freezer, a washing machine, microwave and coffee machine, along with seating for 4 people. Free Wi-Fi now available.

In the comfortable lounge you will find a 3 seater leather sofa, 2 leather armchairs, a TV , along with some games. Leaflets/books about local attractions are also provided.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious king bedroom with en-suite shower room, built-in wardrobes and cupboards. A hairdryer is provided.

In bedroom 2, the beds can be used as 2 singles or a double. There’s also a built-in wardrobe and cupboards.

The family bathroom boasts a corner bath, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

Outside we have a spacious decking leading from the lounge, with attached stairs leading to the private BBQ area with seating.
There is also a parking space available.

The caravan will be thoroughly cleaned before your visit.

**Important Note** Please be aware of the safety chords on the blinds and tie them up with the attachments provided.

Bookings & Conditions

Caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.
No dogs are allowed at Burnham on sea.
No groups or under 21's. Couples & families only.
Booking can only be taken from one lead party member and must be over 21.
The names of all guests staying in the caravan must be on the booking form. This must include ages of all children under 18. I also require full postal address and mobile contact number. Only people on the booking form will be permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be staying your holiday will be cancelled immediately and NO refund will be given.

We will require the full car registrations of any vehicles that need to be on site.

Only persons booked in are permitted to stay in the caravan for the duration of your stay.

If you are found to be breaking the above rules, your care damage deposit will not be refunded due to additional cleaning which will be required post your stay.

To book the holiday I will need a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday (unless booking late, then full balance is due when booking). If you cancel your holiday for what ever reason up to the 8 weeks prior, your £50 will be refunded however after this date you will lose the deposit and any additional monies paid and your holiday will be re sold.

A £100 care and respect and excess cleaning deposit will also be required with your full payment, which is refundable after the caravan is checked for cleanliness and damages following your departure.

Check in 2pm and check out 10am.

Haven park passes are not included in any prices shown.
Mattress & pillow protectors are supplied on all beds, along with duvets and duvet protectors and pillows, but please bring your own bed linen, bath mat, bath towels and tea towels. You will require a king sheet and cover for the main bedroom and a double sheet/two x single sheets and double cover/two x single covers for the second room, depending on preference of set up.
