WELCOME TO OUR CARAVAN

Our ‘Prestige with decking’ rated family holiday home is situated in a quiet area of the park on Glastonbury Way yet close to all amenities. It has its own designated car parking space right outside and is just a 2 minute walk from the gate leading on to the beach and promenade with Burnham-on-Sea town a few minutes walk away.

The site has an indoor and outdoor heated pool, restaurant, entertainment complex including arcade, shop, takeaways, crazy golf, tennis court, children's play park, pedalos, sports area and plenty of space and bookable activities for the family.


Our caravan is double glazed and centrally heated throughout and is in exceptional condition.

There is decking to the side of the caravan with lockable gate and steps and another area of enclosed decking to the front of the patio doors. Both decks have outdoor furniture.

There is unlimited FREE Wi-fi too!

The lounge has an L shaped seating area with 43" smart TV and patio doors opening on to the front decking. There is a small selection of family games for your use. Free wi-fi enables you to use your own logins to Amazon and Netflix.

The kitchen is fully fitted with full integrated fridge freezer, a microwave and full gas cooker. The cupboards are stocked with crockery, pots, pans and utensils and a few extras to make it more home from home. There is a free standing dining table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite and 2 twin bedrooms, sleeping 6 in total.

The master bedroom has a 32" smart TV, plenty of overbed storage and 3 door wardrobe with vanity area. This bedroom has an en-suite with hand basin and toilet.

The 2 twin bedrooms have over bed storage and a single wardrobe in each. One of the twin bedrooms has a small 24" TV/DVD combi.

There's a spacious shower room with toilet and hand basin.

Also provided is a highchair, a small selection of child friendly plates, cups, cutlery and bowls, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner should the need arise for you to require it :)

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is NOT included, but can be provided on request at a small additional charge. Alternatively you can bring your own bed linen.

We do NOT provide towels


BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- It is Haven policy that no single sex groups or under 21 parties are permitted.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited. Please remember that this is our family holiday home.

- Charging of electric vehicles from the caravan is strictly prohibited

** Entertainment passes are not included in our rental charge, but there may be an option to purchase these direct from Haven. Due to changing government restrictions around COVID Haven cannot guarantee what facilities could be available or for restrictions to numbers of guests accessing these facilities.**

The caravan will be prepared prior to your arrival and we ask that you kindly leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure.



TO BOOK A HOLIDAY

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required upon booking to secure your holiday. Full payment is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. If full payment is not received by the date stated then your holiday will be cancelled, with no refund of any monies already paid.

An additional £50 security bond will be added to the final balance, which will be refunded within 4 days after your checkout day, providing the keys have been returned and no loss, damage or breakages have occurred.



CANCELLATION POLICY

If your holiday is affected by government travel restrictions or the park is closed due to COVID then a full refund or option to change dates will be offered. (Date change according to availability)

Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we will inform you immediately and a full refund (including the deposit) will be given.

If YOU need to cancel YOUR holiday you must contact us (the owners) via email, text or call straightaway.

- Up until 4 weeks before your arrival date any monies paid off towards your balance will be refunded (except the non refundable deposit)

- Within the 4 week period (between paying the full balance and the start of your holiday) money will only be refunded with prior contact and communication with the owner IF a new booking is found.
