Caravan Description

We have a lovely & spacious 35x12, 6 berth, 2 bedroom holiday caravan for hire on Burnham on Sea Holiday Village in Somerset, and is a real home from home with many extras.

The main bedroom is 12ft wide and has a king size bed, TV/DVD player, heater and lots of storage. It also has room for the travel cot by the bed. The twin bedroom has twin beds, storage and a heater. We now offer beds made up ready for your arrival for small extra cost if required. There is also a pull-out bed settee in lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen has a microwave, cooker, toaster, fridge, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, air fryer, sandwich maker etc.

The lounge has ample seating, a gas fire, fans, large flat screen TV, DVD player a selection of DVDs, along with board games and toys for smaller children.

The bathroom has a shower, with deep tray suitable for bathing young children, a wash basin and toilet, along with heating.

We supply garden chairs, an iron, ironing board, Hoover, hair dryer, dustpan and brush etc.

We do try to make sure there are toilet rolls, kitchen rolls and cleaning products in the caravan, and do ask that guests replace them when used. We also try to make sure there is tea, coffee, sugar and condiments ready for your arrival - again, please replace when used to ensure there is some for next guests.

We have a highchair, travel cot and bed guard if you have any little ones.

The caravan is a 3-5 minute walk from the main complex and a 10 minute walk from the beach and town, where there are lots of shops, pubs and takeaways.

Bookings & Conditions

We require a £50 (non-refundable) deposit within 7 days of booking. Full payment and a care bond will be payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival. We will accept weekly/monthly payments, but the balance MUST be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

NO smoking and NO pets allowed.

NO same sex groups or groups where oldest guest is under 21.
