A Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 3 bedroom,8 berth caravan for hire on Burnham on Sea Holiday Village in Somerset, situated close to sites amenities.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms - a double bedroom with TV and an en- suite toilet with sink, plus two twin bedrooms. There is also a sofa in the lounge that pulls out into a further double bed.

The spacious lounge has a Smart TV . Double doors open out onto decking, complete with outdoor furniture .The decking is at the front and side of caravan.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas oven and hob with overhead extractor fan, a microwave, and an integrated fridge, freezer.
There is an electric kettle, toaster and George Foreman grill
Pots, pans, glasses and utensils are all provided.

The dining area has seating for up to six people

The bathroom has a double enclosure shower, sink and toilet.

The caravan is fully double glazed and central heated.

Duvets, pillows and protectors are supplied. No bed linen or towels are provided, so you will need to provide your own. You will also be required to provide your own toiletries and kitchen necessities.

There is an iron and ironing board in the caravan , along with a hairdryer in the main bedroom drawer. and another hairdryer in one of the twin bedded rooms

A Vacuum cleaner is located under one of the beds in the twin bedroom

Passes are not included in the hire price, but can be purchased direct from Haven’s reception.

Haven rules apply to all bookings:

. No smoking in the caravan
. No pets
. No groups under the age of 21
. No stag/hen parties
. No overcrowding
. Couples and families only

Bookings

Booking can only be taken from one lead party member who must be over 21.

We require full address and contact details from the lead member, together with the names of all guests staying. Details of any child under the age of 18 must also be supplied at the time of booking

Only people on booking form will be permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be staying, your holiday will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be given.

To book a holiday, we require a £100 deposit, which is non-refundable. The balance of the holiday is payable 8 weeks before your holiday start date.

A security bond of £100 is payable with the balance of your holiday. This is for care, excessive cleaning, damage, loss and or breakages, which will be refunded within two weeks of the end of your holiday, subject to a successful caravan inspection.

Details of the key safe and the address will be sent prior to arrival.

Please Note: The keys must be returned to the key safe on your departure. Failure to do this will mean the loss of your security bond.

Location

Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village is a Haven Holiday Park with many facilities on offer. Our caravan is close to the Park’s amenities, which include:

In addition, there are arcades with bowling and pool tables, plus entertainment for children and adults until late (subject to Covid-19 restrictions at the time of arrival).

There are various eateries on site too, including fish and chips, Papa John’s Pizzeria and The Mash and Barrel Restaurant.

Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village also offers direct access to Burnham-on-Sea beach and town centre, where you will find a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs.

Nearby attractions include Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Exmoor National Park, Weston Super Mare, Brean Sands, East Somerset Steam Train, Berrow Animal Farm and Wells Cathedral to name but a few.
