Caravan Description

Our fully double glazed and central heated caravan is situated on a very prestigious plot on Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, close to all the amenities including the club complex, shop and Reception.

The caravan benefits from having full double glazing and central hearing, along with two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom and one family bathroom.

Guests who stay in our caravan will enjoy a large open plan lounge with free standing furniture including electric reclining chairs. French doors lead from the lounge to secure raised wrap around decking with comfy furniture.

The well-fitted kitchen has full size appliances, including a dishwasher.

Within the caravan you will find smart flat screen TVs in both the lounge and bedrooms.

The caravan sleeps four comfortably with an additional pull-out bed in the lounge if needed.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but we ask you to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels. Alternatively, we can arrange these at an extra cost if required.

By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

Please read thoroughly.

Bookings can only be taken by one person on behalf of the whole family or group that person being a responsible adult over the age of 21 years.

No single sex parties please.

We ask for a £50 reservation deposit ( non refundable) to be paid on booking in order to guarantee your dates.

Full balance to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date otherwise we reserve the right to sell the week booked to another party with no refund of your deposit.

We will ask you for a £50 returnable bond on final balance. This will be returned to you within 1 week providing there is no damage or losses found.

Prices do not include entertainment passes unless agreed and paid for at time of booking.

All duvets pillows and tea towels are included but you will need to bring your own bed linen ( duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases ) and towels.

All gas and electricity is included.

Our holiday homes are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival we respectfully ask you to leave it clean and tidy when you depart.

Holiday insurance is not included. You are advised to purchase your own cover for this.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal items or to any persons.

We want you to enjoy your holiday but please keep noise levels to a sensible

level.

We have a strict No Smoking policy in our caravans.

Arrival time for our holiday home is after 1pm.

Departure is by 10am on day of departure.
