2019 ABI BEAUMONT

Set back from the road in a quiet cul-de-sac is our beautiful 2019, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom ABI Beaumont holiday home, benefitting from it’s own parking space and close to all park amenities, 327 steps to the swimming pool, 497 steps to the main complex and 310 steps to the beach.

Our holiday home to let on Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village benefits from central heating, double glazing, a king size bedroom, and full Size single beds in the 2nd bedroom and for longer stays the benefit of a washing machine and dishwasher. All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player.

Lounge
Measuring 14ft by 10ft with a featured electric fireplace, a 42” TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and ceiling mounted Bluetooth speakers. There are 2 Chesterfield settees, a footstool and a nest of tables and lamps to complete that homely feeling.

Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob and full size oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery and for longer stays you might find the washing machine and dishwasher handy.

Within the kitchen there is a dining area and this has a separate table and 6 chairs

Master Bedroom
The Main bedroom has a King Size bed with a full en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space, plus a wall-mounted TV and DVD player,, wardrobes, vanity unit and bedside cupboards.

2nd Bedroom
This has full size single beds, plus a wall mounted TV and DVD player along with plenty of storage not usually afforded to a 2nd Bedroom

3rd Bedroom
2’6” single beds, wall mounted TV and DVD player and again a nice amount of space for a 3rd bedroom.

Bathroom
This has a sink, toilet and large shower cubicle.

Outside Area
Outside we have decking to the front and side of our home, with a gate that can be locked, so if you have children they can play on the decking without the fear of them leaving the home.

The large decking area has a table, 6 chairs and an umbrella, and there is a picnic area to the rear of the Holiday Home. The plot has a large grassed area at the front and side of the caravan.

Booking & Terms

We are sorry, but we do not allow parties under 21 or single sex occupation of our holiday home.

A £75 deposit is required for bookings of 3 or 4 nights, £95 for a week or per week which is not refundable. Full payment is then required 2 months before arrival date plus a £100 refundable bond, returned after successful inspection of the holiday home

Entertainment/Facility passes are not included, but may be purchased from Reception on arrival.

Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic FULL booking terms will be agreed with you at the time of booking.
