Caravan Description

This Family owned prestige caravan is situated over looking the boating lake in a quiet area of the Burnham on Sea Holiday Village. where you can relax on the wrap a around decking which has a patio table and chairs and a corner table and chair unit for you to sit on.

It is situated in the center of the site and is only a short walk from the main complex and swimming pools and a 5 minute walk from the sea front.

Lounge

This is a very good size with Electric fire, flat screen 42" digital Freeview TV, and DVD player with a large collection of some DVDs, and a Alexa speaker. Leading through patio doors onto a decking area overlooking the lake.

Kitchen/dinner

The kitchen/Dinner is separated from the lounge by a door. It is modern and well equipped with everything you would need including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, hob and oven, kettle, pots, cutlery, plates, mugs iron and ironing board etc.

Bedroom

This caravan has one double bed room with good size double bed and two twin bedrooms with twin beds (not bunk beds) please note the pull out bed in the lounge on this caravan has been removed

Bathroom

The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower cubicle. There is also a second separate toilet with sink.

Outside Area

Outside is a large decking area complete with seating. The plot has a large grassed area next to the caravan with its own parking space next to the caravan.

No smoking in the caravan. There are garden chairs outside the caravan if you wish to smoke outside.

No parties under 21

We are sorry to say due to severe allergies within our family we do not allow pets of any kind including assistance dogs

No single sex parties

Booking terms
To book our caravan we require a £25 non refundable deposit to be paid within 48hrs of you booking with us by BACs payment.
(We do accept cheque and card payments over the phone if necessary)

The balance will be required 6 weeks before your arrival date. If the balance is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and withhold your deposit 

You will also be required to pay a £50 returnable care bond with your balance. This will be returned to you within 7days of your departure after our cleaner has checked the caravan .has been left clean and tidy.

No refunds against cancellations.

We do not supply, fun passes. These may be purchased direct from main reception on arrival

Any refund due will be returned by cheque through post to home address of lead name on booking. or by BACs payment.

Due to family members with Serious Allergies we cannot allow pets of any kind including Assistance dogs in our caravan
