Caravan Description

Welcome to our ABI Ambleside static caravan, available for hire at the Burnham on Sea Holiday Village.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 4 berth. It's double glazed and has full central heating. The lounge consist’s of a flat screen TV with free Wi-Fi, a 3 seater sofa & a cuddle chair. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, including a full-size fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and full-size dishwasher. There’s also a round dining table with four comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together. All crockery and tableware are provided, so you can simply unpack, settle in and enjoy your stay.

In the master bedroom there is a 24" smart TV, king size bed, walk in wardrobe and an en-suite comprising of walk in shower, toilet and sink. In the main bathroom there is a double shower, along with a toilet and sink.

The caravan has decking to the front and side, with outdoor furniture provided so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the outdoor space.


**THINGS TO CONSIDER**
- Haven Fun Passes are not included in the price. You can purchase these directly from Haven, via a link you will receive once booked onto park. (Activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance and swimming 4 weeks in advance).
- You will need to provide your own towels and bedding.
- Mattress & pillow protectors are supplied on all beds along with duvets & pillows. You will be required to bring a kingsize sheet and duvet cover for the main bedroom and single sheets and duvet covers for twin room.

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
- We operate a total NO SMOKING policy anywhere inside of our mobile home. All smoking is to be outside only. Please ensure all cigarette ends are fully extinguished and taken away or disposed of responsibly. Any violation of this policy will result in the £75 security deposit not being refunded.
- No dogs are allowed at Burnham on sea Holiday Village.
- Bookings can only be taken from one lead party member and must be over the age of 21.
- As Burnham-on-Sea is a family holiday park, we are unable to accept bookings from young singles male/female parties.

**WHEN BOOKING**
- The names of all guests staying in the caravan must be on the booking form. This must include ages of all children under 18.
(A full postal address and mobile contact number will also be required).
- Only people on the booking form will be permitted to enter the caravan. If extra guests are found to be inside the caravan this voids my insurance and your holiday will be cancelled immediately. You will be asked to leave (no refund will be issued).

**DAMAGE DEPOSIT**
- A £75 refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your holiday. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of your holiday ending, providing there has been no damage to the caravan or its contents, and that there has been no smoking inside the caravan.
The caravan will be checked on the day of your departure.

**BALANCE**
- The balance is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. As mentioned Haven Fun Passes are not included in the price. You can purchase these directly from Haven, via a link you will receive once booked onto park. (Activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance and swimming 4 weeks in advance).

**CANCELLATION**
- In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply.
Numbers of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable
1. Cancel 63 days before or more, you get back what you have paid, minus the deposit.
2. Cancel 62-43 days before you lose 50% of the total holiday cost.
3. Cancel 42 days or less you lose 100% of money paid.

**ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE**
- The caravan will be available from 2.00pm at the start day of your holiday. The park will not issue you with the keys before this time. This is to allow our cleaner to clean and check the caravan over before your stay.
- Please respect other guests and caravan owners especially when arriving/returning to the caravan late at night by keeping the noise to a minimum.

**LIABILITY**
- We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party during your stay in our caravan.
