Caravan Description

We have upgraded to a brand new, 2015 'Platinum' graded ABI Ashcroft with 3 bedrooms at No.35 Glastonbury Way just across the way from our old caravan. We have allocated parking.

It has full gas central heating and full double glazing with a gas fire in the lounge. We have all 2016 safety certificates for the electricity and gas installations, fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher and we also have a wireless Ramtech security alarm. All of our items and white goods are PAT tested.

The lounge has a new 32" TV with Freeview and a Blu-ray DVD player with a selection of family DVDs to view along with some games, books, toys and buckets & spades. There is access via the patio doors to our secure front 12 x 8 veranda, table and 6 chairs for al-fresco dining.

Our kitchen has full inventory for 6 people with dining table and chairs, full size fridge freezer, a full gas cooker and integrated microwave.

We have 3 bedrooms, a master double bedroom which has an en-Suite WC & wash basin, a large wardrobe and dressing area. Two twin bedrooms, a separate WC, basin and shower.

Terms & Conditions - please read thoroughly

Our caravan is strictly no smoking, no vapourisers and no e-cigarettes we respectfully ask for you to observe our request, under our Terms & Conditions policy for our 2015 Caravan Holiday Home, so that all are guests young and older can enjoy their stay in our Caravan. It is also Haven T&C, and H&S policy for our Letting our Caravan, and there are No pets allowed on this part of the Haven site.

No pets are allowed on this part of the site.

Do not charge hybrid cars via our caravans electricity supply as it is against our private caravans insurance and out terms and conditions, this is also not permitted on the Haven site, it is also against health and safety.

When making your booking you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Haven holidays are designed with families and couples in mind, so Haven will usually turn down non-family bookings from people under the age of 21, and hen or stag parties.

Bookings can only be taken from one (Lead Person) on behalf of the Family or group this is Haven's policy & booking requirements.

We require a £50.00 deposit & reservation which is non-refundable and to be paid when making your booking, this is to secure your chosen holiday dates.

The full balance must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If the full payment is not received, we reserve the right to re-sell the holiday date to another guest, with no refund of your deposit.

We also require a care & respect bond of £100.00 payable with your deposit. Your bond will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure following a satisfactory inspection of our caravan and inventory, as long as there is no damage, breakages/losses and no extra or specialist cleaning required.

If you wish to cancel your holiday at any time up to the 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, you will forfeit your £50.00 deposit.

If you cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks before your start date, for whatever reason, we regret we will be unable to refund any monies paid.

We do however understand that should we, the owners, be unable to provide our holiday home for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control we will consider any refunds at our discretion.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage, repairs or extra cleaning incurred during your holiday stay in our holiday home.

Entertainment passes are not included in our caravan price, these can be purchased at reception upon arrival. Details of prices can be provided.

All duvets, pillows and blankets are provided. You will however need to bring your own bed linen - sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and your own personal towels.

All of the mattresses and pillows have protective covers, please do not remove them, or replacements will be deducted from your care and respect bond.

Our prices include your gas & electricity.

Our holiday home is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival. We also provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk before you set off and explore the site.

We respectfully ask that it is left in the condition as when you arrived. Should there be any major problems, please contact Haven reception in the first instance, so they can be remedied as soon as possible.

We have provided our helpful information booklet with health and safety details.

Please note: We do not include holiday insurance. You are strongly advised to purchase your own cover just in case.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to Personal items or to any persons during your stay in our holiday home.

We hope you enjoy your stay and holiday with us. Please keep noise levels to a sensible level, so you are respectful of our neighbours and others as they on their holiday as well.

We require the name of the lead person along with the names of the other occupants, with any under 18's and their D.O.B. Your full home address, with a landline or mobile number and your e-mail address. This is to comply with Haven’s health & safety regulations.

The Haven booking and key release form is required to be produced at reception upon your arrival to collect the keys.

We also reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Your check in time is 1pm and your check out time is 10am. Please vacate by this time ready for our next guests.

Haven have a strict speed limit at Burnham-on-Sea of 10MPH.

This is for everyone's benefit, safety & enjoyment on the site. This is enforced by security.

Should you be found speeding you will receive only one warning, should there be another incident of speeding, Haven will remove you from the site immediately.
