To adhere to government regulations we will only accept a booking of 6 persons or more if from the same household (i.e family of over 6 living in same house) inc. children, or they are part of a support bubble (i.e single person with a family).
Swimming pool is to be pre-booked as with Entertainment club, (Fun passes will need to be purchased)
Restaurant tables are to be pre booked. Takeaways pre-ordered.
2013 model Willerby Eco Salsa, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with 1 double room, 2 twin rooms and a double pull-out in the lounge.
This is a super eco insulated caravan, double glazed, fully heated and fully equipped, with an iPod station with speakers throughout the caravan.
It has a very large lounge area with ample seating, a large screen TV, DVD player, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Upon entering, the hallway leads to a WC and the bedrooms, plus another WC and shower room.
1 double room & 2 twin rooms, duvets & pillows are provided , along with bed linen & all made up ready for your arrival (available for bookings ).
Parking is next to the caravan (not designated).
Complex passes can be purchased from site reception for 3, 4 or 7 nights. restrictions currently in place.
Please note that a 20% deposit is required on booking or £50 whichever is the greater & that a £50 security deposit may be added to final balance (which will be refunded at end of holiday if no damage has occurred & T&Cs adhered to).

On site there are swimming pools; a heated indoor swimming pool, heated outdoor pool, aqua gliders, aqua jets, water tots, and learn 2 swim.
There’s also children’s clubs; Club R&B for 5-11 years and Paws for 1-4 years.
Other facilities include entertainment, restaurants, bars, amusement arcades, launderette, cafe, Pappa John’s Pizza, Mash & Barrel, , Fish & chips,off licence, fun play area, family daytime shows, Lakeside course fishing, pitch & putt, crazy golf, tennis courts, pool tables etc.
The list is endless. This site really caters for all.
Out & About
The sea front and the town of Burnham on Sea, with its golden sands and pier, is just a few minutes walk. Burnham on Sea offers many other attractions, an award winning beach and its famous pier, jetty and lighthouse on stilts.
There’s also Berrow beach with its famous shipwreck, plus horse riding at both Berrow and Brean beach.
In all, a really great place to spend your holiday.
