We have a lovely Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan for hire on Haven’s Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, complete with decking and a lockable gate.

Caravan Description
We have a lovely Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan for hire on Haven’s Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village, complete with decking and a lockable gate.
The caravan sits in a nice quiet area of the Park and comes complete with central heating and double glazing to ensure a comfortable stay whatever time of year.
This 40’ x 12’ Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan at Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village has three bedrooms and sleeps six guests. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite, while the other two rooms each have two single beds.
Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you could need for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, gas cooker, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine etc.
Within the lounge is a gas fire, 32” Smart TV and a DVD player, along with lots of board games to keep your little ones amused if the weather isn’t so great. From the lounge, patio doors open onto the front decking, allowing extra space. There is also a side decking.
Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. We just ask that you strip the beds on leaving.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit is required upon booking to secure your dated. Full payment must be received 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
Along with your final payment, a £100 Care & Respect Bond will be required. This will be refunded once the cleaner has been in to check the caravan after your departure and found everything in good order without the need for an excessive clean. Any loss, damage and/or breakages must be paid for.
Play passes to use the Haven facilities are NOT included in our hire price, but they can easily be purchased at Reception once you’ve checked in.
Check in is at 3pm. Check out is by 10am.
Haven request that the name of every guest over the age of 16 is provided. This is mandatory in order to stay on the Park. Also required is the lead booker’s email address, vehicle registration number and mobile contact number.
Only persons booked in, are permitted to stay in the caravan for the duration of the stay. If Haven’s rules are broken, they may ask you to leave and no refund will be issued.

Haven’s Burnham-on-Sea Holiday Village has an abundance of facilities to keep the whole family happily entertained, just as one would expect from a Haven park.Close by is Brean Leisure Park, Splash Waterpark, an animal farm adventure park and, within roughly ten minutes’ walk, Apex Park, with its fishing lake and nice grounds to walk around.
