Welcome to our lovely static holiday home to let on St Andrews Holiday Park at Kinkle Braes on the east coast of Scotland near the Fife Coastal Path.
St Andres Holiday Park is a beautiful 5 star site with immaculate grounds. It’s also within easy reach of some of the best golf courses.
Our St Andrews caravan is furnished to a high standard as it’s our home from home. We also have a spacious wraparound decking with furniture; ideal for al fresco dining.
We have 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, bedroom furniture and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds, a TV, bedroom furniture and a separate bathroom.
The large lounge/diner has everything you could need - everything you have in your own home is provided in our caravan.
We look after and maintain the caravan ourselves, so we are sure it is kept up to our high standards.
You will not be disappointed with what we offer.
We accept bookings of 3 days or more.
A £50 deposit is required on booking with the balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

St Andrews Holiday Park is located on the east coast of Scotland and is within easy reach of some of the best golf courses.Just a 20-25 minute walk along the coastal path will take you into the town of St Andrews, where you’ll find lots of lovely shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
For sightseeing, there’s the cathedral, aquarium, guided walking tours, whisky tours and lovely little fishing villages within easy reach. I could go on as there is so much in this area.
