Welcome to our central heated three bedroom static caravan, which is situated at St Andrews Holiday Park in Scotland, and is just a five minute walk from the famous East Sands beach.
Our caravan comprises: a spacious living and dining area (comfortably seating 6); sleeps a maximum of six people; a fully equipped kitchen; a shower room; 2 toilets; a large decking area outside with a table and chairs; Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. There is a £100 damage bond required, which is refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is reported.
The balance of your payment is required 2 weeks before your arrival. When we receive this, you will receive the relevant caravan information, key safe details, arrival and departure times, and bank details to make payments. if you do not see your required dates, please contact us directly.

We are situated just a 5 minute walk from the famous East Sands beach and just 20 minutes from the historic university town of St Andrews, where you will find numerous independent shops, bars, and restaurants.St Andrews Holiday Park in Kinkell Braes is one of the most sought after park locations on the east coast, boasting breathtaking views across St Andrews, and East Sands beach. Find a quiet spot in the snug or soak up the stunning views with a drink on the terrace of Braes Bar & Restaurant. There is live entertainment, most weekends, and sports on the big screens on offer at Braes. Also available on site is a children’s play park, and Papa Johns Pizza, who offer direct delivery to the caravan door!
Famed for being the home of golf, the park is suitably positioned for you to be able to reach all the best courses, including the world renowned Old Course.
If you like to explore the outdoors, then this is the place for you with plenty to enjoy and breathe in the fresh air. The Fife Coastal Path passes alongside the park, with its rugged cliffs, sandy beaches, and wildlife reserves to enjoy along the way.
