Caravan Description
We have always loved visiting St Andrews as it appears to relax us as soon as we arrive and our caravan for hire on St Andrew’s Holiday Park (formerly know as 'Kinkell Braes') is sure to make you feel the same way.
St Andrew’s Holiday Park is far superior to any other we have looked at and we were lucky enough to get this lovely, large, gold pitch on site. Due to the position of the caravan, we also have a spacious outside area offering panoramic sea views, including the Cathedral . You can actually hear the sea from the living room, and even on occasion, watch the dolphins!
We have refurbished our caravan on St Andrew’s Holiday Park to a very high standard. It is our happy place and is a real home from home for us. We hope people feel the same when they stay here.
Our caravan comprises: a spacious living and dining area (comfortably seating 6); a fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom; plus a lovely outside area.
It also has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing area, bedside cabinets, wall lamps and en-suite toilet. The two smaller bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and side lamps.
We provide the following:
. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, glassware and crockery
. Microwave, gas cooker, air fryer, kettle and toaster
. Iron and ironing board
. Large shower room with wash basin and toilet
. A separate toilet off the main bedroom
. Hairdryer and hair straighteners
. Separate oil heater
. Private Wi-Fi, Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+
. Large, wraparound decking
. 3 seating areas (including 2 large egg chairs overlooking the sea)
. Large outside storage box to the rear (this includes, gas BBQ, beach chairs, picnic hamper, cushions for seating areas, toys for the beach and 2 large sun loungers. 2 car private driveway.
BOOKING DETAILS..Our rate is £130 per night regardless of how many people staying. There is a non refundable £100 deposit/security bond required to secure the booking, this is returned after your stay. We offer a 3 nights minimum stay, we will send you our bank details to make payments. The balance of your payment is required 2 weeks before your arrival, when we receive this you will receive the relevant caravan information, key safe details, arrival and departure times etc. if you do not see your required dates, please contact us directly.

About the Area
St Andrew’s Holiday Park provides a lovely club house offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening entertainment at the weekends. There’s also amusements, a Papa John’s pizza takeaway, a kids’ play park and a laundry.The beach and coastal walks are just a 5 minute walk from the caravan. There is also an indoor swimming pool within an easy stroll of the park.
The town of St Andrews is about a 20 minute walk from the caravan, although there is public transport available at the park entrance. St Andrews offers a range of facilities, including pubs, clubs, world class golfing, fishing, an aqua centre and a selection of restaurants . It is also a good base to visit other locations.
