Caravan Description

Single static holiday caravan on private property in Fife, Scotland, set in a rural location near the village of Aberdour; a great location for walking the coastal path or spending a day at Aberdour beach with the children. You could also visit Burntisland beach and funfair in the summer. There is a nursery fire guard for in front of the fire if there is any small children. ,
and travel cot, high chair, we even have a wheelchair if you need one for when your out and about ,

It also offers good travel links close by for the whole of Scotland - the train to Edinburgh takes about 25 minutes.

Our caravan is located on our own private land in a picturesque rural setting in the charming region of the Kingdom of Fife. It is the ideal setting for those who wish to relax and enjoy life at a quieter pace.

It also benefits from having a conservatory attached off the living room, where you will find a three piece suite for added comfort.

The decking is full length with one small step onto it, so no awkward stairs to climb.

In your own private garden there is a table, reclining chairs and a parasol for those hot days. There is also a BBQ.

The caravan will sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin).

The comfortable lounge has a gas fire with nursery fireguard, a TV, Freeview, hi-fi, small selection of children's games. There is a dining area too. Child's high chair. Travel cot,
We also have a wheel chair. If you need one in your car for when your traveling about. ))))))))




The kitchen has a full size gas cooker with oven and grill, a microwave, fridge, separate freezer, all required crockery, cutlery etc. plus everything else you may need. A Hoover, iron and ironing board are also provided.

We have parking for 2 cars.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.

Short breaks available on request.
