Caravan Description
Our modern, very comfortable and spacious, 40’x13’ Willerby Atlanta is located on Eilean Fraoich Campsite, our own private site set in the very pretty village of Shawbost on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis.
The living area is spacious with L shaped seating and large windows letting in lots of light and giving panoramic views of Ben Bragar and the surrounding village. There is a TV, coffee table, lounger with foot stool, plus dining table and chairs, all matching the pleasant decor.
There is a well-equipped, fitted kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, freezer and plenty of cupboard and drawer space.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed, vanity unit, spacious walk-in wardrobe and en-suite toilet and shower. The other bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and TV, and is adjacent to the bathroom, with toilet and shower.
There is also free super fast W-iFi available throughout.
Location
Shawbost is situated on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis, 18 miles from Stornoway, the capital of the Hebrides.
It boasts a beautiful safe beach, coastal and hill walks - white tail sea eagles can often be seen soaring above the site.
The location is well situated for many historical sites, including Callanish Stones, Carloway Broch, Gearrannan Blackhouse Village, Norse Mill at Shawbost, Whale Bone Arch at Bragar, Blackhouse Museum at Arnol, Butt of Lewis Lighthouse and many stunning beaches.
Harris is only an hour’s drive away, as is the beautiful scenic area of Uig on Lewis.
