Birchwood Holiday Lodge is our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom family run holiday home on Lilliardsedge Holiday Park, situated in the gorgeous surroundings of The Scottish Borders.

Lodge Description
Our Birchwood Holiday Lodge consists of a spacious living area, fully fitted kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, twin bedroom and main family bathroom.
In the spacious living area there are two sofas, Smart TV, coffee table, electric fire & Bluetooth ceiling speakers. We have added free Wi-Fi for you to use.
Fully fitted kitchen has everything you may need for your holiday including, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4 people. We also provide all your cleaning products including, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, etc.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table & an en-suite bathroom with a toilet & a walk-in shower. The twin bedroom has two full-size single beds with storage and hanging space. Linen is provided.
The main bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, and a walk-in shower. Fluffy towels provided.
For your convenience you can find an iron/ironing board, hairdryer, selection of board games, power sockets and USB sockets within the lodge.
We have a large, south facing wrap-around decking area with garden furniture for you to relax.
We only live 15 minutes away so if you have any problems during your stay, do not hesitate to contact us.

Lilliardsedge features a 9 hole/18 tee golf course, a restaurant/bar, occasional entertainment including cash bingo and family friendly shows (no entertainment pass required unless otherwise stated), a play park, a shop, takeaway treats van and more. Lilliardsedge is the home of EDGE FEST and is brilliant for Christmas/Hogmanay parties. Also great for a relaxing time away sitting on the south facing decking.
While you enjoy your stay with us, why not visit the historical towns in the Scottish Borders? Hop on the bus outside the entrance of Lilliardsedge Holiday Park and visit the local towns.
Take a trip to Jedburgh's town centre and enjoy a day out visiting the Abbey, Mary Queen of Scots Visitor Centre and Jedburgh Castle Jail.
Go into nearby Melrose and visit the Abbey, Trimontium Roman Museum, local eateries and beautiful scenery. If you are feeling adventurous, you could even climb the Eildon Hills.
Visit Galashiels which is also accessible via bus to see The Great Tapestry of Scotland. There are lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops here too.
Monteath Mausoleum is only a ten-minute walk from the lodge.
