Caravan Description
We have a lovely holiday caravan for hire on Elie Holiday Park, which is just a short walk from the beautiful and sheltered Shell Bay on the Firth of Forth.
Relax with the family at this peaceful getaway!
The caravan is double glazed, with gas central heating and boasts a full wraparound deck, allowing easy access to the outside table and seating.
This is a 6 berth, 3 bedroom ABI Trieste holiday caravan at Elie Holiday Park that sleeps up to six people, in one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms.
The caravan has a shower room with wash basin and toilet, along with a separate toilet with hand basin.
The living area has a lounge with enough seating for everyone, private Wi-Fi and a good size TV for those nights in, along with a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge-freezer. The dining seating is separate from the living area.
We've provided lots of extras to make those family holidays easy too.
The caravan has the advantage of being in a quiet position on Rankin Court, with some great open space to the front where kids can play games and enjoy being away from cars, yet is just a short walk from the park, restaurant, bar and café area. As parents, we enjoy sitting on the sunny deck watching the kids from other caravans all mix together.

About the Area
Elie Holiday Park sits between lovely woodland walks and the beautiful Shell Bay. It offers a really great play area, pickleball courts and a lively bar with entertainment at weekends and during the main holiday seasons. They also offer kids’ activities in the holidays.Over the time we've owned the caravan, we've visited so many interesting places within the East Neuk of Fife.
The Fife Coastal Path runs through Elie Holiday Park and if you walk to the east you will get to Earlsferry and Elie, where there is another lovely beach and local amenities including a fabulous baker, a couple of harbour bars and other restaurants.
Roughly a 5km walk away is Lower Largo, a very pretty village.
The unique Chain Walk is very close by.
The Kinneuchar Inn, known for its use of local produce, is around 3km away.
Further away you have the coastal villages of Anstruther, where you can sample fantastic fish and chips from any of the 3 main restaurants; St Monans; Pittenweem and Crail. Each of these villages has something different to offer and a couple of them have a tidal pool, which if you like to swim in the sea, offers a day round safe space to do so.
Families can enjoy time out at Craigtoun Park, Fife Zoo, The Scottish Deer Centre and numerous other places within a 20-30 minute drive away. We are always happy to recommend on specific needs.
For golfers, there are too many excellent courses within easy reach to mention, and of course in this area, all roads lead to the home of golf, St Andrews, which is a 25 minute drive away.
The area is gaining an excellent reputation for high quality, locally produced food. Bowhouse Market, running once a month, showcases some of the best on offer, but across the region look out for various festivals throughout the summer.
We've loved our holidays in the area over the last few years and have enjoyed exploring this unique and beautiful area of Scotland.
