Caravan Description
*PLEASE NOTE* - All breaks are sold on a 'caravan hire only' basis. Passes can be purchased from Haven if you wish to use the site facilities.
Beautiful 3 bedroom, double glazed and fully gas central heated caravan for hire, located in the Greenan Village area of Craig Tara Holiday Park in Ayrshire, Scotland.
The caravan sleeps 6, or 8 with use of the pull-out bed in the lounge.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar and condiments are supplied, along with washing up liquid and cleaning equipment.
In the lounge is a 55” TV with freeview, DVD player, along with a large variety of DVDs. There is also unlimited WiFI so you can bring your own Firestick or Chromecast.
Also within the caravan is a freestanding dining table and a 19” DVD player for use in the bedroom. The bedroom TV also has a HDMI slot
Outside we have a patio area with seating, plus a parking space.
An iron, hairdryer and alarm clock are supplied. As is a highchair and travel cot, if required.
We allow small adult dogs that do not heavily shed hair with a £100 refundable damages deposit.
Prices start from £175 (off peak, part week breaks).
The caravan is available for hire from a Monday to Friday, Friday to Monday or any full week, with arrival/departure on a Friday or Monday. We have a keysafe so you are welcome to arrive/depart at any point during your booked time.
A £50 to £100 refundable deposit will be added to all prices quoted.
Haven entertainment passes are not included in the price of any holiday as owners are no longer allowed to purchase these on behalf of guests. They can be now be bought from Haven online, as soon as we register your stay, or on arrival from Reception, if required.
Location
Craig Tara Holiday Park offer many on site facilities, including a bar/restaurant (2 minute walk from caravan), a convenience shop, a gift shop, Papa John's pizza, Chinese takeaway, fish and chip shop, Burger King, large amusement arcade area, play park and beach.
If you choose to purchase entertainment passes you will have unlimited use of the two show bars, daily live entertainment, a large indoor water park and indoor soft play.
There is a daily schedule of family fun activities that can be booked on arrival (priced individually).
Also on site is a small funfair, go karting, bungee trampoline, pedal kart hire, water walkers, 9 hole golf course and mini golf (all priced individually).
Venturing off site, local places of interest include the Heads of Ayr farm park, which is less than a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk), Burns cottage, the Robert Burns’ museum and Dunure Castle ruins are less than a 10 minute drive away.
Visit reception for brochures for ideas of other great places to visit within the local area, as the site is a perfect base for touring Ayrshire.
