There are two bedrooms and the caravan could sleep 6 using the pull-out section in the seating area, but is more comfortable for 4. There’s plenty of wardrobe space provided, plus other storage cupboards.

All upholstery and mattresses are in perfect condition, and all bedding is included in the sale.

This lovely holiday home for sale near St Tropez, is fully equipped for all your needs and included in the sale is a full gas cooker, microwave, slow cooker and two fridge freezers (one outside), along with all crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.

There is an excellent shower room with wash basin, along with a separate toilet compartment.

Outside, we have a large decking area with canopy at one end, complete with table and chairs, two reclining chairs, plus side tables. Seat cushions are included.

This large, attractive pitch has a garden, hedges and mature trees, as well as a paved area and a parking area covered in stone chippings, with shade and/or sunny spots available. There is also a metal shed with many tools, including hedge trimmers, branch pruners, an electric drill and many other useful items.

The mobile home is all ready to go for 2027 and will be available from mid-October 2026.

Site fees are paid until January 2027.

There is a €5,000 fee to pay the holiday park by new owners.

We've owned caravans on this pitch for 43 years and have loved it, but the time has come to pass it on to someone whom we hope will enjoy it as much as we have.

On site, there are two pools and a splash park; a children's play area; tennis and padel courts; mini golf; a sports pitch and gym. An excellent restaurant, shop and snack bar are all offered, plus entertainment and many activities throughout the Summer.
