This 2018 caravan for sale on Freshwater Beach Holiday Park is in good condition and has 7 years left on the licence Agreement.

There are NO FEES to pay this year and it is available from early September.

We are sadly only selling due to our changing circumstances.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. The main bedroom is a very comfortable double with a king-size bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe, plenty of other storage and an en-suite toilet with wash basin. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, a bedside cabinet and a wardrobe with drawers under. Under the large sofa in the lounge is a 4ft double bed with good mattress.

In the lounge/dining room there are two sofas (one as above) which will seat six, a TV unit and a coffee table. An electric fire is mounted on one wall.The dining area has a table with four chairs, plus a wooden stool.

The kitchen area has a full-size cooker with oven and grill, a microwave combi oven, and an integrated fridge/freezer along with adequate cupboard storage. All crockery, glasses, cutlery and cookware would be included in the purchase price as would all the duvets and pillows which are in good condition and have been used with protectors.

The bathroom has a good size shower, wash basin and toilet. In a cupboard there is a gas boiler which is still under warranty and regularly serviced. This very efficiently provides all the hot water and heating. Central heating radiators in all rooms. There are 4 x 19k proprane gas bottles.

Outside the caravan is an enclosed low maintenance garden area which is part patio and part artificially turfed. Also 2 storage containers, various chairs and a charcoal barbeque. Parking for 1 or 2 cars is available on the grassed area outside the garden

There is rattan sofa and glass-top table which were new last year. We would be happy to sell these separately at a price to be agreed. In addition, there’s a one year old digital TV with Freeview recordable box and an air fryer, which again we would be happy to sell at an agreed price.



Location

Freshwater Beach Holiday Park in Burton Bradstock, Dorset, is situated on the South West Coast Path and has its own private beach, which is just a 2 minute walk from our caravan. There is a defined onsite owners' manager who arranges owner events such as coffee mornings, discounts at local places and an annual dinner in October. Owners get a 10% discount in the bars and the restaurant. 6 Owner Site Passes are included allowing free access to most areas.

On site there is a bar/restaurant, large bar/function room with regular activities, a separate cocktail lounge and a well-stocked shop.

During the school holidays there are specific activities for children of all ages, arranged by the Park’s entertainment team, most of which are included in the site passes. There is also a bowling alley, which has to be paid for separately.

Nearby is West Bay (5 minute drive), the town of Bridport and a golf club that’s open to non-members, with discount for site owners.

Weymouth is about a 30 minute drive to the east, and the famous Abbotsbury Swannery is only a short drive away. Charmouth and Lyme Regis about 20 minutes away to the west.
