This NWC Snowdonia 111 (Europa) caravan for sale on Whitehouse Leisure Park will be available from mid-September 2026. Whitehouse is a ‘no age limit site’, as long as the caravan is kept in good condition.


Our caravan for sale on Whitehouse Leisure Park in Towyn, is offered at a bargain price of just £12,000 – we Just want it to go to a nice owner!

Complete with central heating and double glazing, this is a beautifully comfortable 2 bedroom caravan that sleeps 6 guests. The main bedroom has a d drawer divan bed and en-suite WC, while the second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in lounge, which is 4ft wide, so may be better sleeping 5 comfortably.

Parking is very close by.

Our sale will include all bedding (mostly less than a year old), various hand towels, an air fryer, Breville toaster, slow cooker, crockery, cutlery and most kitchen utensils.

The caravan was dog friendly and has a gated decking.

I bought the caravan in October 2024 as an escape from work, but l have taken early retirement and moved here to Towyn.

If you wish to rent the caravan out, I do have some guests that are coming for their second year, which l can relay details to you about.

I am very happy to show the caravan to legitimate interested parties.



Additional Information

As an owner you will need to pay an extra £300 to the site each year for gas and electric checks and a drain down in winter .

Water is free.

There is Wi-Fi available, which l will arrange to pay off as the contact will not have expired.


Site fees are paid up until October 1st 2026.

Last invoices paid were as follows:

Site Fees - £2830 on 1st October 2025, followed by a second payment of £2830 on 1st March 2026
3 x £100 for gas, electric checks, antifreeze and drain down.

Whitehouse Leisure Park is family run and they will ultimately have to approve the sale. The holiday park is a 10.5 month site.



Location

Entertainment at Whitehouse Leisure Park is free, except the pool and some facilities.

This is a peaceful site with Jake's bar and direct access to the beach. It is shared with Golden Sands, next door, which is a lot bigger and has the pool, chippy and shop. Also 2 for1 breakfasts and plenty of food deals.

From the caravan you can visit Conwy, Llandudno, Dyserth and even Snowdonia. There are great bus service every 15 minutes from Rhyl to Llandudno, if you prefer to leave car on site.

Locally there are fun fairs, Tir Prince and Knightly’s about a mile away. You can access Knightly’s from the beach path. The market at Tir Prince is a big hit.

There is plenty to do in the lovely holiday destination.
