The caravan comes complete with storage at the back and includes everything you will need to start holidaying straight away, including a dishwasher, full size cooker, microwave and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is also a table that seats 4.

The caravan has three bedrooms; one master double with en-suite toilet and shower, and two twin bedded rooms with beds that can be pushed together to make doubles if preferred.

As well as the en-suite, there is a main bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin.

Within the lounge there are free standing sofas, which are included. Please note that there are no TVs included in the sale however.

The caravan offers lovely views of Fleet Lagoon, and there is a nice wraparound decking from which to enjoy it.

The asking price is £35,000, although I am open to sensible offers.

Location

Littlesea Holiday Park is a Haven Park in Weymouth, Dorset. Being a Haven park there's an abundance of facilities available, including a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool with patio area, a great clubhouse and a private owners' bar, plus much, much more.

Just a 10 minute drive away is Weymouth, with its lovely sea front, fair and harbour. Should you prefer not to drive though, there is a bus service available from Littlesea Holiday Park itself.

There are many places to visit in and around the stunning Dorset coastline too, including Monkey World, the tank museum and Sea World to name just a few.
