Lovely ABI Horizon holiday caravan for sale at Tattershall Lakes, situated in a cul-de-sac and benefitting from a large grassy area behind and not directly overlooking anyone to the front.

This caravan benefits from having central heating and double glazing, as well as an electric feature fire in the lounge.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a gas oven, grill & hob, an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave and plenty of cupboard & shelving space. Items also available and negotiable would be a kettle, toaster, air fryer, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and all glassware.

Within the lounge/diner there is wraparound seating, a dining table, two stools, under seat storage and a pull out double bed.

The hallway houses the boiler cupboard with storage and plenty of hanging space for coats etc.

The double bedroom has a double bed, full length wardrobe with shelf, plenty of hangers and this also houses the electric fuse box, bedside tables and a mirror with a shelf. The two twin bedrooms have half-length wardrobes, hangers, bedside tables, mirror with shelves. I will leave all the mattresses, which are only 3 years old.

The main bathroom has a washbasin with a toilet, shower cubicle, a lockable cupboard, an extractor fan, a heated towel ladder, a mirror, and a shelf. The second WC also has a handbasin, mirror and shelf.

It has a wraparound decking (purchased in 2021) with a lockable gate, a private parking space adjacent with room for one car on the tarmac and one on the grass. Outside there is a rattan, three piece set including a table, outside storage box, parasol, outdoor carpet and fake grass mainly for the dogs to lie on, there is also, a small bistro table and two chairs.


Location

Tattershall Lakes is a 365 acre site with six lakes. It is a mixture of log cabins, lodges, and static caravans of all kinds. Some are owned by the site (Away Resorts), but many are privately owned.

It is unlike any other site in as much as there are a few straight lines, lots of interesting places, trees, grassy areas and lots to do. This includes four bars (one is adult only), three restaurants, fish & chip shop, Tattershall Pub & Kitchen, cycle hire, indoor & outdoor pools, splash pad, aqua play, manmade beach areas, archery, high ropes, laser tag, zip wire, disc golf, mini landrovers, and for the water addicts there is an aqua park, kayaks, canoes, pedaloes, jet ski, water skies and fishing.

It truly is a great place for children - lots to do but also if you want a quiet time, my caravan is about a 10 minute walk from the main centre in a lovely quiet cul de sac.

RAF Coningsby is close by, which is home to the Typhoon OCU and a test & evaluation squadron. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is also based at RAF Coningsby with their Lancaster, Spitfires, Hurricanes, Dakota, and Chipmunk aircraft all of which fly past, close by, occasionally. Tattershall is a wonderful site for plane enthusiasts.

The seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe are just a 40 minute car journey away and closer by there is a farm park and a go-kart course. Shopping is good locally and plenty of pubs and restaurants for you to explore.
