This lovely mobile home for sale on Camping Le Dattier sleeps between 4 and 6, in two double sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa also converts into a single and a camp bed is also included in the sale.
Within the open plan living space of our mobile home for sale, is corner seating, a TV, a dining table, and chairs, plus a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, extractor fan, fridge freezer, gas boiler, pots, pans, glasses, cups, toaster, kettle, and cutlery are included in the price of our mobile home.
There is a shower room with sink and towel rails and a separate WC.
Patio doors lead on to a full length decking area with a gazebo, outdoor seating, lighting, coffee table, storage box, dining table and chairs. The steps lead down to a small patio garden with a sun lounger, and a car parking space. Additional parking is available free of charge.
There is no age limit on mobile homes at Le Dattier and owners are allowed to privately rent their holiday homes.
Unlimited electricity and water are included in the site fees, as is full use of all the amenities.
Throughout the site you can access good Wi-Fi and mobile phone reception.
Location
Le Dattier is a friendly, English speaking and secure French family run site, and the majority of mobile homes are British and Irish owned.
There are two lovely swimming pools, tennis court, boules, table tennis tables, play areas, a bar and a restaurant, with elevated views of the surrounding countryside, games room and a pool table.
There are several local shops, a chemist, bakery, and lots of restaurants that can be found outside the main gates.
The campsite is situated just outside the historic town of Frejus with its harbour and beaches, approximately 10 minutes by car/bus or 25 minutes’ walk, and there is plenty to do and see...Cannes, Nice and Monaco to the East, and St Tropez to the West.
There is Spring skiing available in the Maritime Alps, plenty of beaches and coves to choose from in the warm, sunny months.
It is handily placed for Nice Airport, 45 minutes by car, has a good road and public transport system, as well as a train station with direct trains to Paris, and regional trains to Nice, Monaco and Italy.
