Sandhills Holiday Park offers direct access to a beautiful sandy beach and a coastal path, with stunning walks and pubs along the way.

Our caravan for sale on Sandhills Holiday Park, has central heating and double glazing and is fitted out to a high standard.

It is a modern two bedroom home. The main bedroom has a KING SIZE (5’) bed, ample wardrobe space, a TV and an en-suite WC.

The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be placed together to create a double. This bedroom also has a wardrobe and storage space.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirrored storage unit and WC.

There is a beautiful modern kitchen with a full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, along with ample cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery.

The main lounge area has a large wraparound sofa, (which opens up to an additional double bed)storage units, roller blinds throughout, large TV and gas fire, plus books and board games for your use. The dining area in the lounge has a corner seating section with two additional stools to use.

Outside, there is a large decking area with table and chairs, offering beautiful views of the sea and surrounding park. Private parking is right next to the caravan.



HUGE RENTAL POTENTIAL, AVERAGING £8k PER SEASON. The season runs from 01/03 - 01/11.

Current on-site fee is approximately £4500 per year. This has been paid for 2024.




Location

There is an on-site shop, launderette and children’s play area. The soft sandy beach is a short walk from our caravan.

The site is just a few minutes’ drive from Bembridge village, with its range of shops, restaurants and takeaways. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance offering a good variety of food and snacks.

This is a VERY peaceful site and our caravan has one of the best views available. It is also placed on the flat with its own private hardstanding, so even in wet weather, you can park next to your own from door.

As an owner, you can also obtain discounted ferry tickets with Wightlink Ferries.
