The sale of our fully central heated caravan on Butlin’s Caravan Village in Minehead, Somerset, is coming with a heavy heart. Though medical reasons have brought on this decision.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Butlin’s!

Our caravan for sale on Butlins’s Resort Minehead, has been lovingly updated and is sold complete with new carpet, new mattresses, new curtains and blinds.

The caravan sleeps comfortable 8 people comfortably and includes a brand new pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

It has a large shower room with toilet and wash basin, along with a separate toilet with hand basin.

There is full gas central heating and a gas fire in the living room.

Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, built-in cooker, TV aerial, fire and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, steps and hand rail.

Allocated parking is available directly outside the caravan.

The caravan is also fitted with a new outside tap (with anti-tamper lock).

If you see anything in the photographs that I’ve not mentioned and you wish to have, please contact me as I will be happy to leave them with the final hand over.

Being an Owner at Butlin’s Resort Minehead in Somerset

The purchase of the caravan will include 10 owner passes per a year, which are for yourself, family and friends. These will enable you to go to dedicated ‘Owner Events’ and benefit from massive discounts on your purchases.

With your owners' card you do not need to check in or out and are able to come and go as you wish with a flash of the ID you are through and on your way. You are able to go to the pay events for free like the circus and darts weeks etc.

The events include adult and family parties, family quasar, breakfast mornings, splash pool parties, go-kart races, bowling afternoons and much more!

You are able to sub-let the caravan and the guests then are able to use the Butlin’s resort themselves. For peak season for 7days you are easily able to charge £1000+. The school holidays alone will cover the ground rent with plenty to spare.

If all this still has not sold it to you and you need a breather, please head to the Highwayman pub, which is exclusively for caravan owners. They have quiz nights, bingo, live music and much, much more, all while overlooking the beautiful lake.





Location

Butlin’s Resort Minehead in Somerset has many great facilities and entertainment on offer, including Stephen Mulhern, The Masked Singer, Peppa Pig, PJ Masks etc. - the list is endless.

You also have Minehead's sandy beach on your doorstep, along with Minehead town centre and plenty of supermarkets all within a 2mintue drive and a 5mintue walk.

Close by you’ll find a dog friendly beach and very dog friendly bars and restaurants.
