Our mobile home for sale on the Cote d’Azur, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a double pull-out bed in the lounge, so the home will comfortably sleep 6.

The mobile home is fully equipped and includes everything you may need to get you up and running straight away.

Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find a microwave, gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob, electric oven and a fridge. There is also a dining area for up to six.

Within the large lounge is a gas fire, air con and TV for DVDs.

The shower room has shower, wash basin, shelves, racks and a cupboard. The separate loo has a hand basin. Both the loo and shower room have a wall heater/towel rail.

Outside we have a nice decking area with a café table and four chairs; ideal for sundowners! There is a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer, on top of what is already in the kitchen. Parking for one car is available on the plot.

This mobile home for sale on Parc St. James, has been our second home for the last ten years, and has accordingly been treated with respect. It has also been well maintained and has a list of extras, too long to detail here. If you contact me, I can send you additional photographs and answer any questions you may have.

We have a letter of confirmation from the site that this mobile home does not have to be replaced for at least five years. Thereafter, there is a three year negotiating period, allowing an expected maximum life of eight years.

Parc St. James is a well-appointed, well run and well organised holiday park with facilities for all ages. It sits on a densely wooded hillside and the layout is not regimented. The restaurant on site has a good menu at reasonable prices.

Our plot has sunny and shaded areas, along with a view across a valley to a wooded hillside.

The location of Parc St. James is ideal and offers unlimited opportunities to explore the Cote d'Azur.
