Caravan Description
Our 2 bedroom, central heated and double glazed caravan for hire on Parkdean’s Whitley Bay Holiday Park, is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct access upon arrival.
Our Whitley Bay caravan has a wraparound deck, stylish rattan furniture and a cosy bistro set for two. Parking is available too.
Th caravan sleeps 6 guests in one double bedroom with en-suite, a second bedroom that offers two singles or a double bed, plus a sofa bed.
In addition to the en-suite shower room (with toile and hand basin) is a main bathroom with shower and a second toilet.
This lovely caravan embodies our commitment to quality, with a record of returning clients.
Kids are welcome.
To prepare the caravan for your arrival our check-in time is 2 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10.45 am on the day of departure (unless alternative arrangements are requested).
We Provide
• Gas and electrical services during your stay
• Clean white ironed bedding, beach and caravan use towels for your arrival based on your (please provide your party numbers)
• A welcome pack for your arrival
• Comprehensive kitchen facilities including a fridge freezer, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, etc.
• A 39” Wi-Fi enabled 4G Smart TV, allowing access to streaming services
• Wi-Fi TV services provided through a fixed Smart phone via hotspot/tethering (please do not make unauthorised changes to its settings)
• Initial use washing machine and dishwasher cleaning tablets
• Operating instructions for caravan facilities

Our caravan registration is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS - we ask you to respect this.
We regret that neither travel cots nor highchairs are provided.
Park Facility Passes are NOT included, but they are available to purchase separately from Reception.
• Wi-Finity Wi-Fi data packs are available through Parkdean Reception.
Bookings
We will require a £30 deposit to register your booking, which is returnable within 24 hours of your departure (subject to caravan return condition).
The full balance is payable 21 days before your arrival date.
Our preferred payment is by bank transfer. Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations notified within 14 days of your arrival date.
Good communication is important and we strive to eliminate complacency. We are confident that our caravan will meet your holiday expectations and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
